Nice location - 10 minute walk from the train station. Neighborhood is a bit derelict but it felt safe with stores and restaurants very close. Very friendly staff and allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk after check-out since our train was later in the day. No recent updates to furnishings but it was comfortable and quiet and a beautiful entry and courtyard. The most reasonable cost of places we stayed during Semana Santa.

Couldn't find the free wifi available, but we weren't there long enough to bother asking about it. Had to leave our passport at the desk (every lodging in Spain must record the info from every guest) but it was available 10 minutes later after we settled in.

On the edge of old port town near Cadiz. 400 m from free supervised municipal parking lot and about 1km from the commuter train station connecting to Cadiz. This was handy as we wanted to go to Carnival in old town of Cadiz.

It was a little far from Cadiz, but in a watery delta there were not a lot of options. Interesting geographical area however.

Amazing value.Great location.Quiet and the most comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff Cannot recommend it strongly enough. In a word-superb.

Shower could be bigger. Bed slid away from the walk.

This is a family run hotel where everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We liked the room as the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom/shower great. Location within easy walking distace of bars and restaurants.

Housed in a traditional style building with an internal plant filled patio, Casa del Regidor is a gem of a hotel. It is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and friendly staff. It has a central location, convenient for transport links, restaurants, bars and the town centre, with a 20min walk to the Sandy beach

A very charming historical hotel in a beautiful town. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very large. We only stopped off for one night it was a good stop off point on our journey.

The air-conditioning unit struggled to heat such a large room as we stayed during winter.

Location was in walking distance of restaurants,cafes,bars and the port and town. A beautiful charming old house adapted as a hotel. It was very clean. Beds were comfy and street quiet. The staff we met were welcoming and very helpful. We felt very secure and safe. It was excellent value for money.

The room space for two people was a bit tight although the bathroom was spacious.

Cleanliness and helpful staff. It’s a no frills budget hotel. … but inspite of being budget very clean. 👍

Shower space is too tight and WiFi is not great

Very warm welcome, very good room and facilities. Good location in old area within minutes walk of centre. Bus route almost opposite for best beach (10 minutes away @ 1.20 euro)

Nothing to dislike and we will be returning.

Perfect location, near train station and Ferry for Cadiz, plus many restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Clean Familial hotel And nice building
