Incredible and friendly staff. Aitor went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We had several incredible conversations with Aitor about our travels, living abroad, and being global citizens. Aitor secured reservations for us at Basoa, a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and we had an exceptional dinner. We also dined in one evening at Media Argia and throughly enjoyed the meal.

Without a vehicle or public transportation it was a little bit of a trek to the hotel. But the wonderful staff, good, and exceptional view of Donostia far outweighed the distance to the beach and the river.

Friendly staff. Clean comfortable accommodation with designer finish. Good breakfast. Great location in a quiet area with great views over San Sebastián.

Before I had even checked out, a member of staff tried to charge me 20 Euros for breakfast, twice. Fortunately, my banking app rejected both the charges and alerted me. I politely pointed out that breakfast was included in the rate I paid. This was checked and an apology made. However, this is poor business practice as I should have been informed before any further charges were made on my credit card. I travel extensively throughout Europe and this is the first time that this has happened and it sadly undermines trust in the hotel.

Very nice environment with the hotel throughout being decorated in a beautiful way. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a balcony with amazing view on the city/sea. The pool was amazing too. Friendly reception staff. Highly recommend!

Parking was not the easiest with only limited spaces available on the street. The hotel offered free parking in the city centre but that required taxis.

I just loved everything about this hotel, from the staff to the decor. it was a haven to escape to up in the hills of San Sebastián. we walked to and from the Old Town every day & it made exploring this beautiful city even more special.

I have nothing to critique other than more coffee pods provided in the room, however the breakfast bar/ kitchenette is in the lobby and always have complimentary coffee.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Really nice setting up in the mountain, from our room we could see the beach from the balcony and the forest from the bathtub. Staff were amazing, luxe little touches around the room and in the common areas. Loved that oat and almond milks available at breakfast! My partner and I have already recommended this hotel to our friends.

The walk into town is a little inconvenient vs staying in the old town. But for the walk you get the beautiful views so still worth it (plus you walk off the pintxos).

The views of the city are incredible both in the day and the evening. The hotel pool is a highlight and the decor is gorgeous. The staff are also super accommodating.

The parking is 20mins away which isn’t advertised at booking. Although tasty, the breakfast is a little pricey for a buffet style.

We’ve been to San Sebastián for several times and this our personal favorite. When you’re looking for a tranquil spot with easy access to the center , this is the one! Okay, the city isn’t in walking distance, but a taxi will get you there in 10 to 15 minutes. No worries.

Beautiful views over San Sebastián, exclusive design inside and outside. And the staff wil help you to arrange/suggest with everything for a nice stay in town.

Super sweet stay and booked an extra night! Gentle staff, well designed hotel with great views and perfect breakfast. The communical ´living room' felt like a home away from home.

The parking option in the city felt a bit too much after arriving, after a full day of driving (Even though a taxi shuttle was kindly arranged by the hotel). But we were lucky to find a (non secured) spot nearby.

it’s beautifully decorated. beds were great. staff is lovely. very relaxing vibe. we were with our 6 yr old and felt very welcome.

Just know that it’s not central at all, you need a car to go back and forth, but it’s a super relaxing place in the hills.

Very beautiful interiour design, cute small pool and great view. Surrounded by amazing trees.

The is no parking possibility. Not even on the street close to the hotel. You have to park downtown and come by taxi to the hotel.
