Nice location on the coast of silent lake close to the one of the most beautifull cities of Andalucia, Arcos de la frontera. Good traditional restaurant. People very friendly, helpfull and professional.
One very small deposit for garbage only in the bathroom. It will be better to have one more in the room.

The check in was very easy and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, it was clean and the bed linen smelt lovely!!
Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been welcomed.

Great location with plenty of free parking. Instant hot water, TV, aircon/ heater worked instantly, comfortable bed and very clean. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.
Rooms are a little tired, but everything worked and was clean.

The garden was very nice and the location next to the lake was very beautiful. The price was good as well.
We didn't have a brush for the toilet, even after we left a post-it in the bath as a reminder for the staff.

A few minor improvements in bathroom. We ate in hotel restaurant-surroundings and view excellent but food not great. Octopus over cooked, oxtail and venison very undercooked. Disappointing as surroundings & staff excellent
