Unique nature of the place: truly living like a local, getting a Guadix experience. Cosy . Think the owners could emphasise that there's a kitchen - it's a good way of saving money, as I made my own dinner. The most interesting place I stayed all week

The natural ventilation was absent as the 'chimney' in my particular cave had been blocked up. There may have been a good reason for this but I immediately unplugged the headache inducing plug in air 'freshener' (sic) Swimming pool was unkempt - as a 65 year old alone I thought it best not to risk a swim sadly.

Very good place. Good communication with reception, room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom also very good. Great location. Awesome view from the terrace. Definitely recommend the breakfast! Excellent value for money.

Location is great for walking, but can be a bit difficult to park. May need to pay or park a bit far and walk.

Wonderful room with an excellent view of the city and capsule coffee machine inside. The terrace is 2 steps from the room. The hotel is located an hour's drive from the ocean and Seville for a reasonable price. Contactless check-in and check-out. Good breakfast at an affordable price.

Room design and the terrace view. Frienly staff, they applied a 30% discount to the parking ticket. Breakfast was only 5 eur/person. We also had coffee capsules in the room.

A bad smell from the toilet in the entire room. The location is not that close to the city centre.

The staff were wonderful, completely accommodating. The hotel was beautiful, we loved all the individual rooms. It was super clean, new beds and towels every day. The brekkie was lush and drinks on the terrace was lovely before heading out for dinner. We will 100% be recommending to our friends.

The hotel was in a perfect location for a short stay, close to the centre and not too far from the bus station. Great breakfast in the morning and wonderful view over Arcos.

Cleanliness was my only real issue, with the pillows covered in fluff and bathroom not thoroughly cleaned. My room was also overlooking a small street which was a little loud. The corridors were a little dark too and wasn't fully informed of what the hotel had to offer i.e. outdoor terrace for drinks and when to have breakfast.

We had room with terrace which was well worth paying a little more for. Room was clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel was excellent and close to all amenities and sightseeing.

Quite a lot of stairs to the top of the hotel where our room was situated and no lift but that was well worth it in the end.

Room was very spacious with large bathroom, nice little terrace to enjoy. Great location for walking around this lovely town. Short walk from car park where hotel has an arrangement, good instructions.

The three flights of stairs a bit unexpected.

The staff was very friendly. They answered my questions, and held onto my bags for longer. The amenities were very clean. Warm showers, comfy beds, air-conditioning. The view from the terrace is stunning! As is the 3-story mural of one of Banksy's works, and the flower pot wall

Everything was grand.

The room was decorated nicely, the terrace was lovely and has a great view. The shower pressure was great and the staff that we met were really friendly.

The only thing that could have been improved was having a sink with more surface area for toiletries, but that is obviously very minor!
