Sunset Business Hotel

The rooms are modern and clean. The location is perfect, directly near the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants are available in the direct neighbourhood. The AC is working perfectly. The service is great. To give you an example: I forgot my jacket in the closet, and they sent it to my new hotel via package delivery service. I'm really thankful for this extraordinary helpfulness!

Due to its design, it seems to be impossible to take a shower, without flooding the entire bathroom.

Hotel is in an excellent location right across the street from the the beach and on a busy street with lots of restaurants, food stalls, and shops. Also short walks to either the lighthouse/APEC or the Haeundae Blueline. All staff, except one, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts had lots of choices and had some day-to-day variations, including a variety of fresh fruits. Room had good view and small fridge and safe. Comfortable beds and large bathroom and spa bath.

Many common areas, such as hallways and elevators, are not well ventilated, so humid and stuffy. Breakfasts were only available 2/3 of the days we stayed. Room had too few usable power outlets and not much storage space. Only three towels were provided each day even though there were four occupants and extra towels are needed for the beach.

The cost of breakfast varied from a 20 % discount to 20 % extra in the weekends and wasn't available on one holiday (I think it was Wednesday). We tested Tuesday and even when the buffet with food was very good the coffee was much too thin. Put together these elements made it an easy decision to have breakfast in another place.

The hotel is right on the main Haeundae strip leading to the beach, so I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but boy was I pleasantly surprised. The lobby was nice and the room clean and spacious. I had a partial view of the ocean and a very comfy bed. Best of all, the deep, soaking tub was as advertised. I was able to stretch out (I'm 5'6) and the hot water held. The pictures don't do the tub justice. It's deep and long! I was only there overnight, but I plan to return.

There was nothing major that I didn't like, although as I said, I was only there overnight. It would have been nice to have a full view of the ocean, but the price was so great, so I don't really have any complaints.

Overall our family enjoyed our stay. Free parking, close to food, train, and attractions. Bed was comfy enough. Our room gave us plenty of space.

There was light mold due to humidity in the bathroom which is normal due to the weather and lack of stronger fan ventilation . The toilet would have a urine smell sometimes after flushing. It wasn’t every time.

The room facilities were good and complete. It was better than I was expecting. Proximity to haeundae beach is A+ and the vibe of the area is great - very upbeat especially at night but still relaxed.

Very small things to make the room perfect :- add more hooks to hang clothes and towels on. The pole in the closet was too high - I'm a tall person already and it was a bit of a challenge for me to hang clothes in the closet.

The location is great! On the main street right next to the beach. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My room wasn't very clean on arrival. It was quite dusty, there was hair in the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned. Buy it was quite cheap so I wasn't expecting perfection.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the strand, and my room had a view of the beach/ocean!! It was quiet, and the windows even blocked out the noise from the strand.

A larger desk for a computer in the room would have been nice, I enjoyed my stay here.

Owner and staff are awesome . Housekeeper woman is very good and they make my travel to busan like a PALACE SERVICE. Receptioniste are all time ready to help us and smile he make us good and comfortable. Thanks for you all. 🙏

The breakfast was fantastic. I thought i was paying for just a salad bar, which was filled with fresh fruit, salad, and a wonderful coffee spread (so obviously i filled up my plate). And THEN I was met with a plate filled to the brim with eggs, sausages, and bacon. I was STUFFED! Also, the staff is incredible. So accomidating, friendly, and helpful. I felt like I was among friends. I mentioned it was my birthday (on top of the fact that I had accidentally booked a room with no bed) and they helped me book a beautiful corner suite room that was DEFINITELY worth the minute price increase. It had a sauna, a jacuzzi, a beautiful bed, and a large shower. The view was incredible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Most of the outlets in my room did not work, and the lighting was not great.
