Very cosy , bright and spacious room👍 for 2 adults and children there was enough space. In the morning / evening you can satisfy an awesome view from the surrounded windows😻 air condiotioning in the room. spaciuos wardrobe. Hotel personal is friendly and responsive 👌 The choice of food for the breakfast was extremely variuos.

The only thing - the hairdrier is sily working. 😩

Two years ago I wrote a review, that our staying in the hotel was a little bit challenging, but this time everything was really great! The hotel is only 5-7 min. walk from the city square. Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was great! A good range including Polish food, cereal, breads, cold meat and cheeses, waffles, pancakes, eggs and so on. We had a very clean and modern apartment. The hotel has underground parking, it's safe and it's paid.

Modern hotel in a city center, just few minute walk away from shops & restaurants. Breakfast was ok.

Sauna was not working, but we booked mainly because of the sauna. Room didn't have any small fridge. For the first time in my booking history, I paid more than it was stated on the booking. The receptionist was still in training, so couldn't explain WHY. It was 10 eur more so I didn't rise any questions, but still weird.

Hotel was modern, clean and in good location. Free parking was a bonus ( not the norm in Poland ).

We stayed for an extra night, 3 in total. For hygiene reasons we like fresh towels every day but every day we had to ring for new towels. When we booked it mentioned daily house keeping which did not happen. I know the hotel will bring out the covid excuse for this lack of service but in this case they can't use covid as the vacated rooms were being cleaned by personal not wearing any covid PPE at all. If hotels like a lot of business around the world are blaming covid for not for a lesser service they should charge less ie: if you stay in a hotel for more than 1 night you should be charged less for each extra night because of the house keeping that is not done.

Perfect breakfast, brilliant view from the room, comfortable bed. Very good food in the restaurant on the ground floor (hotel gests have a discount). Personal is very friendly. Coffee machine on the ground floor and tea-spot in the room are pleasant bonuses :)

Everything is good, just one minor thing that disappointed me - parking is paid now, not huge amount but free parking was much more pleasant.

Easy to find location. Good underground parking for the car and good elevator connection to the hotel and rooms. We stayed with the dog and we received quite room for us to stay. Very good and joyfull stuff.

Better signs in the parking how to enter it and where is located parking places for hotel visitors.

The hotel is situated near the main shopping centre in Bialystok. It is very close to the city centre and main attractions. The staff is friendly and customer-oriented. It seems that the hotel is just opened and everything looks excellent. The breakfast is rich and varied. The pancakes are tasty. The hotel provides coffee and tea near reception. In the room, you can enjoy free water.

Great hotel and wonderful staff. Spacious and clean rooms, very good location. Right next to a decently sized shopping mall, close to the city centre with all the landmarks. Only stayed for one night, but will definitely reconsider this hotel when im back in Bialystok and would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent location. They have a nice restaurant and are sharing a building with a shopping mall. I used it for some last-minute purchases. There is parking, but it is paid. The internet was excellent. The staff is friendly and speaks good English.

I was at IBIS Styles Bialystok for the second time and everything was the same - perfect. This time even my company were very surprised with the high quality of everything for the resonable price.

Nothing to say. Maybe the parking could be not payable... :)
