Best Western Hotel Cristal

Absolutely everything! This has been so far the best place I have ever stayed in. The staff are the most loveliest people I have ever met and the hotel itself is really beautiful. The whole hotel smells AMAZING and everything is really clean and i’m just speechless how great everything here is. After we checked in to our room, the cleaning lady brought a food bowl and some food for our dog and that literally made me cry. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and PLEASE keep doing what you do! Also the restaurant is another reallllly good addition to the hotel and I loved everything about it aswell.

The hotel is huge and very beautiful architecture. The location is just perfect, right next to old town, and few min walk from castle & gardens. The room is in good quality, everything you need is there. Bed is very comfy. Bathroom is clean. Big windows. They are welcoming to dogs for some extra money. Around hotel there was surprisingly lot to do, on evening there was a ton of cafes, pubs and restaurants, in the morning there was coffee shops. Big parks, churches, castle and garden to explore. It was very pleasant surprise.

Easy to find, quick check in, pet friendly- room was already cool when we arrived in the evening, bowl, bowl plate and dog biscuits where in the room. Parking is behind the hotel with restriction others to pass by, also park to walk dogs just behind the hotel. Breakfast was nice, unfortunately at 9 AM there was no egg/omlet nor waffle guy :( that was real disappointment as breakfast was 6.30 till 10.30 AM.

Staff made mistake and they did not notify me, so I had to waste time in the morning to take care of their mistake. Secondly you have to validate your parking ticket, staff did not tell that while check in nor when I was checking out, so I could not leave parking lot though I had paid for the parking and had to go back to reception to validate my parking ticket. This waste of time could have been avoided if staff would have done their job correctly.

Perfect breakfast - despite for extra charge, but it was worth of the money paid Parking is for charge at the hotel - but there are lost of parking places just around the hotel, so easy to park Lovely spa, super comfortable rooms, great breakfast - the hotel is absolutely worth of the money paid 10 from 10

I read about loud music nearby It WAS - but didnt bother too much. Close the windows, use the air conditioner with brains and everything will be perfect

Friendly stuff, location is great, room was clean. My dog was welcomed here.

At 7am the door was open by someone and quickly closed. I was still sleeping and was scared. I was later explained that it was cleaning staff? I still think it's inappropriate to open the door, especially so early. Since I am female solo traveler, it's very uncomfortable and makes me question my safety in this hotel.

Reception spoke English, rooms were clean and quite, good location and easy parking

Breakfast staff spoke 0 English, in breakfast area there is station for omlettes but no one is there, some of the food was not fresh, some fruits were not that fresh, so need to pick your food carefully 😄 otherwise if you inspect the food carefully then breakfast pretty good as well

The Hotel is one of the best in the area. Restaurant is absolutely first class. Breakfast is wonderful. Spa is perfect. Staff and services are top.

I would suggesto to remove the carpet from rooms. I would also suggest to fix the sealing of Sauna and Steam bath, otherwise there's a leakage of heat.

Simply the best location in the town. Easy accessable by car once I figured out where to enter the parking lot, and as close as possible to the central squares with dozens of restaurants and promenades. The room was impeccable and had daily cleaning despite the general Covid restrictions in most of Europe summer 2021.

Breakfast in the restaurant was serviced only (no buffet due to covid) but with a large array of traditional Polish delikatessen and freshly made omelets. But language barriers made it a little difficult to order and with some misunderstandings so I tried some unexpected cheeses and cold cuts on that account :-)

The personnel are excellent at this hotel: polite, friendly, efficient - and multi-lingual. They have a secure luggage store where we were able to store our bags til the afternoon.

I would have slept with the windows open but there was traffic noise from the street. We used the a/c instead and it was fine. Slept well. Maybe requesting a room facing the back of the property would be wise for other travellers.

The hotel left ONLY great impressions! Very unexpectedly great! It looks very ordinary from the outside, but inside everything is really cool! First, I booked the executive suite, but the suite itself exceeded all my expectations! It was a 3 room suite with 2 bathrooms, big dining area, big living area and 2 bedrooms isolated. One of the best accommodations during the last several years. Also, it has a restaurant marked with some White guide or Silver spoon signes, I don't remember exactly. But we ordered a dinner to the room and it was close to fine dining level! Very delicious food prepared and served in a great way! The hotel has a parking place in the closed territory in the yard. The hotel is pet friendly! The personnel was very nice and attentive! The location is in the very beginning of the main restaurant street of Belostock! Overall only great impressions!

I would say, no drawbacks at all! The hotel is very nice!
