Hotel Tiki Tiki Tulum

This boutique hotel was very quiet and peaceful situated on the edge of Tulum. The garden with beautiful palms and trees was just amazing. We loved the place so much. We had the room on the ground floor which we appreciated as we do not have to climbed the stairs with our lagguage. We had small but stunning terrace with palms all around you. They have three cats which we liked it so much. The receptionist helped us to fixed our broken A/C in our car without her help we would spend another hot day without A/C. Thank you so much!!!

I would recommend to have wider choice for breakfast. I didn´t feel comfortable to ask for more bread even though they gave it to us without any doubts but it would make a difference if the stuff would tell you that if you feel hungry all you need to do is just say it.

This place is so beautiful. Everywhere you look are little details that make this hotel special. The location is great. Close enough to town to walk, lots of restaurants near by if you want to stay local. It never felt too busy or noisy, a lovely tranquil little place after a busy day exploring. The staff too were also very helpful with everything. Couldn’t do enough for you while there. We had a double room which was great for the 4 of us. Plenty of room and beautiful view of the trees in which we spotted some of the toucans! Felt so safe letting our kids explore without being overwhelmed. Pool great for a quick dip to cool down. Bar and cocktails amazing. Breakfast also great, just enough to start the da perfectly. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Free cocktail on arrival. Melissa at reception gave us lot of good info of the area. Breakfast was good but beware that if you ask any extras it has a high price. Room with big windows, lot of light.

Access by car is not clear, the road doesn't exist in Google maps.

Stunning small hip hotel, very fithties, exactly like in the pictures, very clean, very airy, beautiful rooms, very comfy beds and hammock in each room, big showers, very beautiful swimming pool, not a lot of people- which is awesome!-, terraces with toucan in the trees😀, nice Staff, especially at the reception.

Huge exceptional private party next to the hotel the first nite, all-night long!!! We were refunded for this night and they gave me a room in a different hotel the nite after in case it happens again + I was offered a massage to calm me down! So thank you for your action. A detail: the (all stunning) floors in the rooms should be cleaned with vinegar to take the scale deposit off. But apart from this: loved it 😀

Staff were lovely & friendly, nice setting, good size room, bed & bathroom. Short walk to a good selection of restaurants. Nice pool set in garden with 6 sun beds although the same tiling makes it a little difficult to focus on the steps into the pool! Also give yourself time to check your bar bill before check out, my fault but I didn’t & there were a few drinks that were added, probably in error. Overall we loved it & would recommend 👍

You should be required to sign for drinks from the bar.

The location is excellent, not far from the main central area, but lovely and quiet, near a strip of excellent restaurants on Calle 7. Getting to make use of sister hotel Holistika's facilities was great too. The bar is lovely, and breakfast was simple but delicious. Everything is very tastefully decorated. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

We booked a three person room but this involved sharing two queen beds, which meant two of us were sharing a small bed, and had quite disrupted sleep as a result. As the pool is in the shade, it's a bit cold to swim in, and you can only sunbathe in the morning - but since you can use Holistika's pool, which gets more sun, this is fine.

A fabulous property! Beautifully designed, everything has been created with extreme attention to detail and class. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. I would however say it would be really helpful to have known about the amazing sister hotel next door before my last day, as the restuarant there was epic! The breakfast was lovely, cocktails were fab, the bed was very comfortable, the room was just perfect! Meet some lovely people also staying there and out of all the hotels I stayed in whilst in Mexico this was my fav. The architect is super talented and hopefully one day I can ask him to design my dream home as he just gets it! Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

This hotel is set on the very edge of Tulum and nestled into the jungle, so it is a really quiet and relaxing location but easy to get everywhere. It has a very private and relaxing feel to it and the staff are lovely. The continent breakfast is great and comes with a fruit and yoghurt bowel and then some croissants and or breads with jam, and coffee. The room was much bigger than we expected and had a large en suite bathroom with jungle plants in the window - this was really cool.

The only issue we had was that it was quite noisy in the morning. You can hear everyone moving around and this woke us up.

The BEST hotel in Tulum! 🌴 the team kindly organised everything from our shuttle from the airport to wonderful tips each day served over a beautiful breakfast (make sure to try the fresh chilli sauce!) Taxi to the beach was easy, arrived in 5 minutes and cost around 200-800pesos depending on how many people, weekends, evenings. Taxis anywhere else but the beach road were cheaper. Really easy to do! Rooms - divine, giant, clean, quiet & the design unlike anything else. Gorgeous local restaurants & Holisika next door was a great bonus! We will be back!

Breakfast was delicious. Others might would want to have additional options from juice, coffee, yogurt and bread, however there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance if you want more options. (we never asked to see if there were other options other than continental breakfast). Staff was so kind and amazing. They went above and beyond to help us coordinate our day trip that didn't work out, helped us to reschedule the next day, grab us a cab and make us breakfast to go the next day. Loved the welcome drinks! Local mart nearby across the street, so easy to grab snacks and water.

Wifi was spotty in different parts of the room. If you need good signal throughout, recommend using wifi in the lobby/pool area. Location can seem a bit far from the town, but honestly, as the area around this hotel expands, I think there will be even more to do and will not feel like you're missing out because it's far from the Tulum town center. Room size is ok for staying and sleeping. Lots of ants in the bathroom initially when we walked in, but was better in subsequent days.
