Room and beds comfortable. Generally quiet - in a side street, A/C also working silently and efficiently. Nice staff, regular cleaning. To the beach 1400m walk, but this is reflected in lower price. Apart from that, convenient location - Oxxo utility shop 100m away, cheap laundry next street, McDonalds and big Chedraui supermarket few minutes walk.

"Swimming pool" is very small and not very appealing. Would be nice to have few dishes included for the electric kitchen in the room.

The hotel could use a touch up. It looks better on the pictures but for the price it’s worth it. some people might think it’s too far away from the center but I enjoy the walk. But if you’re only here for a week and wanna be close to everything I would recommend another hotel.

This place is super good value! The staff is really really nice. They were so sweet and helpful and they let us check in earlier. The room was super clean and everything feels new and well taken care of. The bed is really big and comfortable. There is both aircon and fan in the room. There is also a TV. Awesome shower pressure and hot water. 🔥 The wifi was great. We were super happy with our stay and we would have stayed longer if they had more availability. We would definitely come back! :)

Nice, clean and quiet place to stay if you want to be near to the city center. Near to this hotel is a spot where you can catch a shuttle to Tulum. Staff was kind, room was clean and big enough. We were allowed to use their fridge - we really appreciated that.

Very friendly and very helpful staff! Always a smile on them. Everything was clean and looked nice. I enjoyed my stay in a private room with a big bed and my own shower. Would stay there again!

Location looks not super nice, but taking cabs here and there was easy as well as parking a rental car in front of it.

Surprisingly good hotel for the price. It was only 20 USD the night. The area is not touristy, but it is by all the bus transport hubs for easy access in and out of the Playa Del Carmen. Ideal for a lay over or even a couple of days. Its only 15 minutes walk to the beach and tourist areas, but is close to everything you need and all the more local restaurants if you don't want to pay the same prices as home to eat out. It is remarkably quite, very clean and in the style of a US motel.

Internet isn't the best, works but is slow/intermittent.

I would stay there again. They are all amazing. I wanted to stay away from the busy areas but in walking distance. And I pretty much did that the days I was there. There was also a great place for excellent laundry services

The only challenges I had was with the wi-fi signal dropping, so if you're working keep that in mind.

Pool was great after a long day in the sun. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Clean room and good shower. Location was slightly further from the strip but its 15 min walk on a straight road to get there.

Location and personnel were helpful. Room was average.

Water pressure was terrible for shower and wc. Refrigerator is a must for these type of facilities considering extreme hot weather in location.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY, EASY TO FIND, RIGHT ON THE MAIN ROAD TO PLAYA DEL CARMEN, THEY HAVE A NICE POOL, COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO REST AND SLEEP, SAFE PLACE TO STAY.

JUST SOME CLEANING ISSUES, ROACHES COMING OUT FROM THE SHOWER DRAIN, THE GLASS DOOR CANT BE LOCKED (room #11), AND I THINK THERE'S ONLY LOCAL TV SERVICE, DID NOT GET TO CONCET THE TV WITH WIFI.
