Hotel Patio Santiago

This is a great spot. The location is excellent. The facilities are modern and clean. The rooms are excellent. The staff are absolutely top notch and provided additional support with our lost luggage. The hotel bar makes amazing cocktails. The breakfast was special.

We would rate this higher, but unfortunately we had a bad experience with some loud banging noises being made by a person at around 5am which was quite concerning. The issue seemed to go on for a very long time (maybe 20-30 minutes) before it got addressed.

Super beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Amenities were great! The best bathrobe I've ever used. I appreciated a lot the free water bottles. The hotel is very well located. Walking distance from the city center. Inspire of being located in a quiet street, it felt very safe and comfortable.

Nothing bad about the hotel. Just that the coffee from the cafeteria was not good. At all. We tried a couple of specialities and none tasted like actual coffee.

I did not want room cleaning and new towels every day but there was no “do not disturb” hanger for the door. I texted them via booking.com that I don’t need room cleaning but they did it anyway and also exchanged the hanging towels. Not sustainable at all. Also the cleaning staff makes a lot of noise. As the only window was to the patio, it was very disturbing.

not impress ... over all the whole food section needs some work. Food was served cold and salty VERY SALTY they were nice enough to give us credit.

These guys are new 2 month old since opening. Great Building, stuff very thigh regarding flexibilities or courtesies . Don't know why but That's ok.

The property is beautifully designed. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. There’s A/C! It’s also quiet in the evenings.

The bed was a bit firm for my preference and the functionality of the restroom was more for aesthetics vs practicality. I would’ve loved for a bit more sink space and for the towel rack to be next to the shower. Truthfully, these are minor and anyone can make it work despite these notes.

The hotel is very nice, with a very kind staff. The cocktails and the coffee were excellent. Great location!

The only thing we didnt like was it was hard to sleep with doors slamming all hours. Guest room doors do not have quiet closers on them. They need to get this problem solved because this is an excellent hotel.

i world have loved to have a coffee maker in the room- Also, a hook in the bathroom to hang used towels to be reused would be appreciated. Otherwise, everything wonderful.

The ambiance of the hotel is very nice. Staff is really kind, the food at restaurants very good too. Location is great, walking distance to many places. I really enjoyed the hotel. Lighting at night great too.

Spa will open soon, so did not have the chance to try it.

Very nice boutique hotel in the city, quiet rooms in inner courtyard. Nice mix of traditional elements and stylish finish. Many restaurants and main square very close to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

We loved everything about this hotel. The front desk personnel, the girl who made us our delicious cafe de Olla every morning . It's a perfect 4 minute walk to the first plaza and a 13 minute to the mercado.
