Great location, affortable prices. Room isn't spacious. Then again is very much expected judging from the price tag and does serve all the basic needs.

Weak TV reception.

-The location was perfect! -The decoration of the room was pleasant. -It was very handy that we had an ironing room near to us. -The staff was very helpful and polite.

-The hairdryer didn't work properly. It stopped working after a few seconds. -We asked from the reception to call a taxi. A few minutes later a (so called) taxi driver came. We were taken to the car (not a taxi) and were charged much more than the normal rate. We believe that hotels should cooperate with authorised taxi drivers only. -The lighting was inadequate for reading. -The water pressure in the shower was low.

Excellent Bed, Great breakfast, Awesome Staff, Incredible location if you want to use the metro. The Insurgentes Station is just a half block away.

Bathroom privacy, it's made of glass with purple vinyl so if you share room they can hear all (I mean all) but if you don't mind that I highly recommend this place for Price, location and decent comfort, great breakfast if you want to start the day.

It was very close to basically everything I wanted to do and there were so many options for food, transportation, and shopping. It was easily accessible by Uber too in that case. It was also very easy to find and access.

This isn't a bad thing against the hotel but rather a fact of a city that size: it is very loud in the area because people are working and driving and living their lives so more as a head's up to bring some noise cancelling earplugs for better sleep.

Centrally located hotel in the heart of Zona Rosa. Easy walking access to Roma but also the many clubs and cocktail bars in Zona Rosa. Walked a few minutes to Panaderia Rosetta and Tacos Orinoco. We stayed for a night to catch an early flight the next day and it was great.

Everything went well. It's a basic but solid option.

I liked the facilities and the location. The beds are very comfortable.

The hotel didn’t have the room that I reserved, they downgraded it to a smaller one. I was reimbursed the fare difference.

I loved the hotel! It’s located in the heart of Zona Rosa. The facilities were clean. The staff was very friendly! This is the second time I stay there. When I go back to Mexico City, I’ll certainly stay there again!

The rooms were excellent! Very spacious, good size, nice facilities and lots of room to work if you needed. The staff were loverly and very accommodating and knowledgeable on any questions I have. Speaking English to the staff was sometimes challenging but with Google translate and hand gestures made things much easier. Location was brilliant! Thankyou for my stay!

I believe this was due to covid 19 but the breakfast choice was very poor, often it was just a little fruit a werid Mexican traditional food and a drink of cold coffee.

For the 2nd time on my trip to Mexico I stayed with two other adults at Ibis Zona Rosa. The suite was incredibly roomy and tidy, the personnel friendly, breakfast plentiful, WiFi free and extending our reservation until 8pm on the night of the check-out went without a hitch. I also appreciate the new COVID-19 precautions, such as a remotely reading thermometer and hand sanitiser in the lobby. These were present on the first time as well, but now the thermometer was fixed to the wall, which allowed everyone to take their temperature in passing without having to bother the doorman.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Everything was peachy.
