Room was extremely good value especially for the central location a stone’s throw away from the financial district. Public transport was also within easy reach, with two Metrobus lines running within 5 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast buffet might not be very glamorous, but the hotel’s buffet options feels like home-cooked meals (albeit limited), so if that’s right up your alley, the breakfast buffet might be a good option to sample some Mexican breakfast food.

The wifi in the room was extremely slow and unresponsive. Best to get an unlimited data plan than rely on the hotel’s terrible wifi.

Ideal location for both Roma and Condesa. Onsite secure parking and dog friendly. Also great breakfast at the hotel. Helpful staff. It was a good find on booking.com

I would suggest having one plant milk available not just milk from a cow for anyone with allergies or vegans. The fan in our room was very noisy. But there is no ac so you do need a fan in June the month we stayed. The drain in the shower needed cleaning as it was blocked.

Great customer service..Good buffet breakfast. Good cheap Taco stand literally next door 5 tacos for 50 pesos And easy access for Uber. 😀

I can't think of anything but bring more shampoo and conditioner and soap if you are staying a while.

The internet was not 100% stable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating when I needed an extra night after flights were cancelled. The wait staff at breakfast are wonderful also. There is everything you may need within walking distance too.

I like that include breakfast. and friendly staff always ready to help. Very clean building locate it close to a mayor bus station and Reforma Avenue.

No A/C available only portable fan ,but weather was cold and with open window got a fresh air before bed time.

Location, amenities, safety, friendly staff, restaurant on premises with a great breakfast buffet. Whenever I travel to Mexico City, this is the best option for me.

There is very little to dislike about this hotel. I always enjoy my stays there. The staff are always kind and welcoming. They make you always feel at home.

The location is great, really close to public transportation, shopping malls, and city landmarks. Downtown is also easy to access, and there are lots of options for good, affordable food nearby. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

The internet connection was awful, it was only kinda fast at the lobby/restaurant, and it wouldn't work in my room.

Weak internet signal/connection. Dusty due some hotel renovations, not really outlets to charge phones in the room. No A/C

The location is great, a bit far from the metro, but walkable, you have many options to eat around which was great as we were traveling with kids. The staff was nice enough to let us check in early and hold our luggage at check out. Breakfast was good in general.

The hotel looks a bit old, but it is clean and well maintained
