The location was so safe and walkable. La Condesa neighborhood is the best place to stay in Mexico city. They had a gym with all that you need for cardio but it is very small and limited otherwise. Breakfast was also decent and enjoyed the eggs which were made fresh. There was also a small shaded terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast which was so nice.

I booked this place because it said on booking it was 24 hour front desk and we were arriving at five in the morning. When we got there, we had to wait outside the entrance for 20 minutes after calling over and over since nobody was at the front desk. It also said that there was a tour desk to help plan things, but when we asked about a transfer to San Miguel de Allende, the front desk said we would have to figure it out on our own. Lastly laundry service was advertised, but we were not able to get that done since there was a short window of the people that do it being available. I was surprised they couldn’t just take the plastic bag they provided when they cleaned the room.

Fantastic location. Big room. Lots of storage space,including shoe cubbies and a shoe drawer. Space to store bags. A worhorse of a room . Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Shower is huge and has a door so you stay warm. Room heat and AC works perfect. Not as boutique as other hotels but much more serviceable.

Breakfast is unexciting. Kinda sad really. Spa not complete but it looks like it will be really nice. Sauna and stuff under construction.

The room was really big and spacious, Bathroom confortable and well equiped. Breakfast was excellent in the Terrace. Gym is small but decent. The personnel is really nice. Secure and well located place in the heart of Condesa hipodromo.

I am a light sleeper and the noise from the street comes right inside the room, no matter if the windows are closed. Shower head was kind of damaged. Next time will ask for a room that donot face the street.

The rooms are HUGE. The fixtures are modern. The staff are wonderful.

The reception area isn’t so welcoming. There’s no soundproofing. I also wish that the area where they served breakfast also had snacks and drinks all day - this is what seems to be advertised but maybe I misunderstood! If you look at the photos it seems to be pretty well stocked but that’s not the current reality.

The location was great- very walkable and safe. The staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast was adequate-eggs were delicious!

The air conditioning did not cool down the entire room. The safe required a reset from the back; however, it was too heavy and in a nook that it was not able to be moved to complete the reset.

the ideal location. a very short walk to the beautiful Parque Mexico, and the amazing restaurants and architecture of Condesa and Roma. I have stayed here 5 times. I will never stay in another hotel in Mexico City. Breakfast is made to order every day in a beautiful roof terrace with outdoor seating. Very good. A Walmart grocery is a quick walk for in-room groceries, wine, beer, etc. Great coffee shop around the corner. AWESOME Oaxachan restaurant across the street, and taqueria on the corner. And if you like dogs....really beautiful dog park every day in Parque Mexico. A very special hotel, in a very special neighborhood.

NOTHING! EVERYTHING IS GREAT!!! the rooms are a little dark, but that makes them relaxing for perfect sleep.

The room was modern and very spacious with a nice contemporary design. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The small gym is basic but good. The roof-top breakfast is very nicely presented. The location in Condesa is great.

The staff where great. Breakfast was good. Location is ok, not too far to walk to the city centre. Having someone on reception 27/7 is comforting.

The safe had no battery cover and therefore when closing the door they could fall out and result in your stuff being locked in the safe.

The room was super spacious, well equipped, largely clean. The staff during breakfast were friendly and responsive. I liked the peace and quiet and the amazing location meant I was close by to great restaurants, convenience stores and easily accessible to some key locations.

I thought the room could have been cleaned a little better, particularly the bathroom area. It's clear that the bathrooms are given a rudimentary clean everyday, rather than thorough cleans everyday (e.g the shower cubicle and the toilet, including the toilet bowl aren't not cleaned.
