The location in Condesa was excellent, close to restaurants and shops. The place was cleaned every day, it was quiet, nobody bothered you. It feels like staying in someone's house, but the staff left you alone. Privacy and quietness was great.

There is no breakfast and they give you bananas and coffee in the morning, but the bananas are hardly ever there. One of the guys wouldn't give me a late checkout even though I stayed for a week. No common areas to hang out, but again, it's perfect for someone who wants privacy and not needing to socialize with other people. I loved staying there otherwise.

Although we only stayed for one night, everything was great: the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable and the bathroom big with a great (and warm!) shower. There is a small lobby with a coffee machine, some tea, a microwave, a fridge and other appliances, which come in handy in the morning or anytime you want a snack without going too far -this said, the neighborhood is very quiet and full of bars and restaurants, so it shouldn't be a big problem! Overall a great value for money :)

Nothing, except maybe that the bathroom extractor fan was very loud if we want to go into details.

The location is in a nice area, close to many shops and especially the “Mercado” where you can get really nice local food. The person in the night shift reception was really friendly and gave us good tips on where to eat.

Everything was really fine but just to mention something, our room was in a 2nd floor and no lift (didn’t bother us but maybe use full to know for other people with limited mobility). Also in the 3 days we stayed, we never saw anyone during the day shift. Not like we needed someone but just to mention it as there was always someone in the night shift

I loved everything about this place. Great location in a safe neighborhood, with so many restaurants around. The room has everything, an AC, a coffee machine, water, coffee, safety box, clothes hangers, wireless chargers for iPhone, and it gets cleaned everyday. The staff are awesome, Mr. Paul and Ms. Angela were super helpful and friendly. The room was big and had a balcony. Great value for money.

Comfortable bed. Good quality shower.. There's a small shared kitchen, I was told I could leave my used cutlery and it could be washed. Coffee maker in the room,, and bananas available from the common area (at least in the early part of the day). Was allowed to leave my luggage after check out.

On the day I left there was some wet areas on the floor, probably a maintenance issue, but no big deal.

The hosts are nice and helpful. The room is small but comfortable.

The Location may be great for people who want to enjoy Condesa but we found it is very far from Metro, and far from other attractions. We Ubered everywhere instead. Condesa is a very charming neighborhood but be prepared to pay two to three times more than you do in the Central for very similar food and services. Everything in Cendesa is a lot more expensive than other places in MXCD.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very quiet room on the top floor overlooking the tree canopy. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great rainhead shower with lots of hot water. Communal kitchen with crockery, cutlery, microwave and a fridge, so I could prepare my own breakfast daily.

The doors are very thin so noise travels easily from the stairwell. Suggest thicker doors. Also there could be better lighting over the front entrance because at night I had a hard time seeing the lock to insert the key.

The location in Condesa is very convenient. There are restaurants and cafes everywhere. The room was clean and the bed was large. The staff were very kind and welcoming. He insisted on carrying our suitcases up the stairs and into the storage closet for pick-up later in the day.

Since no one answered the door, we called the number provided on the door. I had some trouble due to connection issues. However, shortly someone came out and got us checked in!

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Condesa. It was within walking distance to the event we came to DF to enjoy. However, the actual location is not the same as the place that is on the app. There's like an office there, and then you have to walk to another location down the street. It was no problem though.

There were some strange loud noises that did disturb my sleep. It might have been a pump or hydraulic system that was making a grumbling sound for quite a while extremely early in the morning. The shower was great, but my partner burned his scalp as the hot water comes out strong and fast, and he wasn't expecting it. That's just a matter of being mindful of the temperature, knowing that it comes out much faster than normal, which can actually be a good thing! Less water waste!

Probably the best location in Mexico and so far the best value for money since I started my trip in Mexico. bed is super confortable, room is very clean, sober and nicely decorated. a few extras that are nice to have like the good coffee and bananas every morning, the bottles of water in the room every day. the owners are very professional. it felt super safe and a lot of restaurants around, yet very quiet to sleep. all for a great price. stayed a week and would definitly be back if in CDMX!!
