Great location, close to every relevant downtown locatlon and right next to the university Staff was sweet and friendly, also accomodating even after hours Rooms are finely sized for the price

I'm thinking it is not a common issue but my particular room had bed bugs in it took a couple o pics and I am itching hard! Also wifi strength is poor so keep your mobile plan up

very good value for money and everything is so polite they even let me stay 2 hours pass my check out time for free!

my bathroom was a bit old, still working with hot water and good pressure but I had a pick look at room 4 and shower was brand new so if its availabla grab that room!

Small room

Great location. Safe to walk at night. Cooperative Staff

Rooms too small. Uncomfortable bed. In one room the warm water wasn't working the first day. In the other room the hair dryer didn't work. We had to ask for extra blankets for the second night and some smelled funny.

Nice views from the room, comfortable bed, and the best shower we had in Mexico. Super water pressure and lots of very hot water. We stayed during the winter and appreciated that the room was warm at night. A short walk to the main plaza and the buses that take you to the Central de Autobuses. Good if you just want a place to sleep that's central and quiet.

The photos are very misleading. There is a picture of a pool and garden, but that didn't exist. The rooms are tiny, with just a single narrow space between the bed and one wall. There was a raw sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which was fine as long as you kept the door shut and the window open. Wifi was available, but so weak and unreliable as to be non-existence. Supposed to have 24hr reception, but after we checked in, we never saw staff again (no cleaning of room). We only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't really a problem.
