El Encanto All Inclusive Resort

The property is amazing everything about it and location. Staff are really nice ,genuinely. Food was and presentation was amazing. Even the Mimosa for breakfast. Also you can got the Sister hotel in Centro Cabo and some of the restaurants around it if you are all inclusive.

They don’t tell you when you are all inclusive. If you want the steak or lobster you have to pay extra. Or as in one of the restaurants all include guests have a set menu whereas “ members “ get a choice. Then we got hit with a sanitation fee $5 usd per night. They do not tell you that.

I loved everything about Hacienda Encantada. Upon arrival I was given an upgrade that I did not expect. And it was at no additional cost! Our host Omar was incredible in that he made booking transportation easy and tended to everything we needed. Gerardo is an amazing bartender and fun guy to talk to in the lobby bar. I have to give a special thanks to Flor who was our maid. She kept our room very clean and even set up a nice birthday surprise fir my fiancé. I plan on staying at this resort again on my next visit to Cabo!

The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was booking transportation late at night to go to El Squid Row. Uber/Lyft drivers are not allowed into the resort after 10pm and usually the lobby is empty by that time which makes it hard to book a taxi.

The pools were warm and lots of them. Food was fabulous! Gorgeous views! very luxurious!

No chairs left by 8am. There were signs on every chair to say do not reserve chairs. But everyone did. I will not go back for this reason alone!

The property at first seems overwhelming but once you get to know everything and how to get around it’s perfect, by day 3 my girls where running around all over the resort themselves and I really didn’t have to worry because the security is amazing. There is literally something for everyone! The pools are amazing, the restaurants are delicious and the staff is one of a kind. We really didn’t want to come home and when we go to Cabo again we will definitely be staying here. The views alone are a great selling point, we could see whales form out room balcony in the mornings.

Sometimes the cart service never showed up to pick us up but would show up for people doing the hotel time share meetings.

Great place, lots of pools, good restaurants, great service. Beautiful. The premium upgrade a must. Great place to go with your couple, not a party resort.

That my brother and a friend got really sick after dinner at Mestizo del mar and spent the whole next day in the room with diarrhea and vomiting. maybe because it was a large group, but the service was not the best, and the steaks were not either. Just not a good experience there. I was not able to adjust the temperature on the AC. Bathroom door did not close. Would like faster service on the drinks and food, this was in most places.

The food quality was great, the variety of options to eat in the resort and outside the resort was great. Most of the staff was well train to take care of any request. The golf cart service inside the resort and the shutle service to go down town was great. Cleanliness, desing, atmosfered of the resort was excellent, it's a great quied resort for a couple, honey moon, aniversary or just for a romantic stay it's just perfect. Great restaurants options for diner.

The quality of the cocktails were not that good. I have been in some others all inclusive resorts that provides better drinks. The mini bar in the bedroom only had two types of beers, cokes and water. Some others resorts provides wine a liquor. The furniture of the bedroom ( night tables, dresser and headboard) was a little worn out, it didn't match with the rest of the bedroom. Room services is not included, it has an extra charge.

We absolutely loved this property! The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. We went during Covid times so everything wasn’t open which is understandable. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was yummy, and the rooms were a good size and cozy. We went for a wedding so we transferred to a different hotel but when the wedding was over we went back to El Encanto because we liked it that much! The swim up bar was fun. The cabanas overlooking were perfect. It’s very secluded which is perfect for couples I’d say. Best spot in Cabo.

If there was anything I could change, our building itself was a little far from the lobby and we couldn’t get a golf cart one time. It was definitely a walk, especially with luggage. Exhausting lol. Other than that no complaints. We would def stay again.

Lovely landscaping. Very clean and well kept rooms with modern upgrades. The bed was very comfortable. And the decor in our room and our friends room was very nice! The adult pool was set on the cliff and absolutely breathtaking. We didn’t know that the pool existed until the second day. But spent a lot of time there after that. The loungers overlooking the ocean were amazing! The breakfast restaurant was very very good. And our taco experience was good Friday evening but there was barely any dessert to choose from. The Italian restaurant was just so so.

The property was wonderful. The service was pretty poor everywhere, with the exception of Rigo at the adult pool. He worked really hard all day to serve us in a timely manner. This was not the experience at the other pool bars or restaurants. We also were quite annoyed with having to sign a check after EVERY SINGLE ORDER. Doesn’t make sense if you’re wearing the all inclusive bracelet. They need a better system. We’ve stayed at other all inclusive restaurants and not had to do that.
