Comfort Inn & Suites Los Cabos

Everything was really nice, staff was really friendly at all time, location was good enough for my work trip

The only thing I could not enjoy was the roof top, they close it really early at 8 pm, I understand they close the pool but the rooftop should remain open, they have a great view up there.

there is no food after breakfast, it looks old and it looks like they’re really trying to keep it up. the entrance is very bad located, there is not enough space in the parking lot and even if it is not that far from port, the walking path has no sidewalk and no shade, so you’ll be spending money on ubers

The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable. Easy check in. Antonio was very nice and helpful, he is a great asset to the staff. Breakfast and coffee were delicious.

Although the complementary breakfast is great, both days the same things were served with exception of the side dishes, variety would be ideal. Also, we were given two towels only, no extras for the hands, we had to request some for the bathroom

It's modern, the front desk staff is really nice and helpful.

Lobby is dark, missing many things in the room, not enough parking, beds were not very comfortable. Very bare bones and not hospitable feeling. You get the. Feeling the ownership cares about making money but has no passion for guest experience.

the staff was amazing and helpful! Antonio gave the best customer service. so we’re the men helping us book activities and they gave amazing deals. everyone was so friendly!

I didn’t like how small the parking structure was and people got a little lost getting to our hotel.

Very clean modern and attractive hotel with great staff and good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Our room was at end of wing and WiFi was poor but fine in lobby. Other than that could not fault it although would recommend car as near busy main road and difficult to cross on foot.

Perfect for budget travellers! Very good price for what you get. Comfy beds, the rooms are huge! Staff were friendly. People who whinge about the road being hard to cross are wierd, yes you have to cross a busy highway but you just wait until there’s a break in the traffic? Not rocket science. There are also lots of nice food places around to eat at that are only a short walk away. Wr walked to the beach a few times and it literally took us no longer then 15 minutes. Awesome comfortable choice for people who don’t want to spend a ton on the resorts right in town.

Our room was down the very end so we didnt have wifi in our room. First 2 days we had no hot water in the shower

very clean and friendly staff. The morning breakfast was always very tasty.

it would have been wonderful to have a room refrigerator and the pool was not able to be of use, at the time. The shower had a hard time maintaining consistent hot water and could go to very chilly.

It is usually pretty quiet but the walls are very thin so you hear everybody.

The roof top pool was amazing.

Breakfast was very average. No fridge in the room. Staff were very nice except one lady with glasses at reception wasn't very helpful at all.
