Qlio Hotel

One of the cleanest (below 3star) hotel i've stayed so far.

2 things am uncomfortable with the facilities. 1)The toilet. Its has no water host or even bidet. Its kinda problematic for muslim visitor especially those travelling with elderly. Like me, travelling with my mom and aunty, they having trouble using the toilet bowl. 2) The smell of lemon grass around hotel from the lobby, in the lift until the room floor. I work with major perfum company. So i think i can advice regarding this matter Dont spray touch. Just a medium amout will do. Oversprayed will gives discomfort to the smell sence.

Good modern hotel. The people at the lobby were always there, which is nice to have, calling for a taxi or information. We were able to leave our bags while in Mt Kinabalu. The bed was comfy, and the hot water was very hot. There is filtered water on every floor. The room is quiet, and the one we had 319 had view to the sea.the hotel is in a central spot close to all amenities, including motorcycle rental, the jetty, and good restaurants.

Internet was intermittent. TV had only local TV. If at least we could cast from the phone to the TV would be great. I had my daughter!

1. Comfortable bed as always. 2. Great location, walkable distance to major shopping malls, old and new. 3. Have water dispenser for drinking. Great gesture by the hotel honestly. 4. Keep improving then should be alright.

1. Expected extra pillow but can provide only one. In the future or next visit, hopefully this should be sorted out. 2. TV channels kinda useless since the first time I came. Should improve on this as well.

Booked a family room on the same day of our stay via booking.com and we arrived at KK at 10 pm. We were tired from the long drive but we were glad that checked in process went smoothly. The hotel did not give complimentary bottle water yet provide water dispensers in every corner of the room so we can easily filled our bottles. The room was okay and clean, good for one night stay.

Nice, clean hotel walking distance away from the waterfront and Gaya street. Well-kept and welcoming staff willing to help with any questions about parking.

The hotel was difficult to find when we were following instructions on Google Maps. It took us driving around the block a few times to find the street it was on. Parking is also tricky. After you figure out how to buy the parking coupons, there's also no guarantee you'll find a spot near the hotel all the time. You might have to park one street over.

The hotel location is very convenient for us, it basically surrounded by all the fast food restaurants and only few minutes walk to Suria Sabah and Wisma Merdeka. Inside room were a bit small compared to what we expected but it still comfortable to sleep in for a night, suitable for solo traveller ! Staff also very good! Recommended !

awesome location near the waterfront allowing for great sunsets. clean beddings. Friendly and ever helpful staff (and managers). Near markets and many food outlets. Near boat jetty (5min walk) for charters to go to the nearby islands of fishing. well priced.

limited parking (public road) in front of hotel. hotel towels need renewing - tattered and torn but clean.

Very clean and cosy room. Everything was working well - aircon etc. Water pressure from shower head was very good. Easy access to drinking water outside the room. Very good location, close to many eating places, pier, shopping malls...

Parking nearby will be tricky if unlucky as it's quite packed. Traffic around the hotel can be very bad during peak hours.

Love the Qlio. Clean and excellent location

The safety deposit box was locked and staff unable to get it open. The tv in bad position to be able to watch (rm 113) Had very noisy guests slamming doors till early hours of morning

Need parking lot for in-house guest at lest a lot
