The service was the best we have ever received! The way the staff treated us — and especially our daughter, Sofia — was truly exceptional. Every single team member was amazing, and they made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. I’ve traveled to many, many places around the world, but I have never experienced such kindness and care anywhere else. They even celebrated Sofia’s first birthday, surprising her with gifts both at the breakfast restaurant, by the pool, and at the Kids Club. It was such a special and unforgettable gesture! Beautiful new hotel. Great to be able to use the hotel next door as well. Well equipped gym. Lovely beach. Breakfast very nice. Reception staff very nice and Armando in the bar was very helpful. When we had issues and requests they dealt with them promptly.

Mainly the service in the restaurants. Very very slow even though it was quiet. Waited over 20 mins for drinks on both occasions (even though the bar service was excellent). In future I’d return to the local restaurants where we had better service and price was a lot cheaper. Also bathroom cleanliness needs work - shower quite dirty for a new hotel and cleaning staff were slow to come and didn’t leave us face towels or soap.

The most important thing that I noticed that how frendly and welcoming staff were , rooms were more than great , we booked 5 rooms and 2 of them were upraded to sea view which was something really appreciated. Breakfast had a alot of varieties and very organized though the hotel was fully booked. Spa facility was more than great. The hotel in general was amazing in all aspects.

My only dislike was the pool which was only one and small and I wished there was a bar in the pool.

I like the prompt response from the staff 👍, the breakfast was very delicious 😋 . I want to specially thank Mr Nader for the help with the rooms.

My reservation was for two suites. Unfortunately, since I have my four kids , the hotel didn't have two suites side to side. So they downgraded to classic room. On the other hand, they made it up for me by giving me three dinners and two days of access to the water park.

Brand-new, very stylish hotel with spacious, modern rooms and luxurious beds. The spa and treatments were excellent, we even got 20% off, so it’s worth asking for a discount! The breakfast buffet was really good. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely. Only 15 min walk to the marina and city center, quite convenient.

The beach is ok but a bit fake, with new hotels being built in front, the beach view isn’t the best.

Every thing was perfect, big and clean rooms , Tasty food ,the workers from all sectors was respectful Huge thanks to parking guys and pool area workers I definitely going back to wesin .

Its not that i like or not but the hotel have policies not to bring food from outside(delivery) i can understand this they have huge restaurants. But you can bring the food and eat outside the hotel at lobby

The perfect place from which to stay and explore Aqaba. Very elegant, clean, comfortable and warm room. Plenty of Space. Can’t be better. Great interior and really excellent breakfast, nice and clean pool area and Beach . Friendly welcoming staff trying to assist and make your stay as memorable as possible. The hotel is central within easy reach of shops, eating places and beach. Would definitely recommend Thank you! And will certainly be back.
