Room was clean, exceptionally spacious and had one of the best views I have ever had. Large bathroom with full glass wall by the bathtub to enjoy the view. Every feature was new and top quality. Complimentary mini bar is filled daily and room is tidied twice. Beach is very accessible and clean. Sea was clean, calm and hot. Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind and ready to help with a big smile. Our receptionist, Thaer, was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. His warm attitude made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived (Thank you!)

Tour boats make too much noise when swimming. Sea is too shallow for swimming.

For an unforgettable stay in Aqaba, I wholeheartedly recommend the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba. Our experience was nothing short of wonderful, from the beautiful facilities and delicious breakfast to the incredibly attentive staff. A particular highlight was dining at the Rehan Lebanese Cuisine restaurant. Chef Jameel's dishes are truly masterpieces! The exceptional service provided by Muhammad and Muhanad made each dinner a unique and memorable treat. Special thanks also to the Restaurant Manager, Mahmoud Alfakeeh, for his hospitality. We also greatly appreciated the amazing service and constant smile of the bartender, Jason, who truly enhanced our evenings. Furthermore, the Lady in Red team, especially Fatima and Seba, went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday incredibly special. Their thoughtfulness added an extra layer of magic to our time in Aqaba. If you're looking for a culinary gem, outstanding service both in the restaurant and at the bar, the Rehan Lebanese Cuisine restaurant and a chat with Jason are a must-try!

While our stay at the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba was overwhelmingly positive. There were a couple of areas where improvement could enhance the guest experience: * Room Service Delays: On a few occasions, the room service was noticeably slow. Specifically, a minibar refill required multiple requests over a period of time, which was a bit surprising for a hotel of this calibre. * Unheated Pool Near Pub: The pool located near the pub area was quite cold, making it uninviting for a swim. A heated option in this area would be a welcome addition, especially during times when the water temperature is cooler.

Unfortunately outdated rooms , especially the bathroom !

Good location, beach, outdoor and indoor facilities and services, awesome breakfast. Hotel staff is helpful and responsive.

Inside room fire and smoke detector is located straight above the bed. The detector beams with light flashes, which is very disturbing when you close your eyes and try to go asleep. This is very annoying. If I wouldn't have had this experience I would rate the hotel as 10. The second area of improvement is garbage under room balcony. Plenty of cigarette butts and all other kind of trash. It's clear that this trash comes from hotel guests, but it would be nice if hotel cleaning service dealt with this issue.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness was of the highest standard. The breakfast was rich and very delicious, and the rooms were spacious with all of them overlooking the Red Sea. The hotel is also conveniently close to the main attractions and lively areas of the city.

The only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t allow bringing any kind of food into the hotel or the rooms.

We had a very bad experience with the company”sindibad “ near the hotel , they charge us for a trip to berenice beach for 52 denar , we’v been late 10 minute for pick up bus and they left us , refuses for a refund although offer us bad trip instead with same money!!!!! I dont recommend to book trip by this shitty scamp “sindibad “ company ( specially the blond lady who work there 🤢) To be honest its a company not related to the hotel and all our experience otherwise was fabulous at the hotel.

The views across the Gulf of Aqaba are amazing from the room. The rooms are clean and spacious and the balcony is fantastic. The pool is an excellent size and plenty of small pools for the kids.

People reserving the sunbeds yet not being present at the pool. There’s not enough sunbeds around the pool. The service at breakfast was quite bad. Having to wait 30min for a tea and coffee wasn’t great. The selection at breakfast is OK, I have better at a 5* hotel. I had to wait 1.5hrs to receive my room, check in was at 3pm.. I arrived at 5pm and received my room at 6.30pm.

The hotel was fancy and the staff was very helpfull and nice, the service was very good, specially abdalla on the beach

The dinner included in the "half board" was one of the two resturants meal they have inside the hotel, although the service and the food was delecious, they should detail that in the reservation offer, but the service and the staff did everything to let us feel comfortable that it was not a big issuue at all.

Very beautiful hotel, with good facilities, amazing pools, delicious and clean food, both at breakfast and in the hotel restaurants. We stayed for 4 nights, our first time at Kempinski and our first time in Aqaba, we were pleasantly surprised by the well-kept hotel and its overall appearance. Friendly and helpful staff, a refreshing pool and a beautiful, clean and quiet beach.

The whole experience was simply brilliant. The staff were friendly and were always happy to help no matter what it was. From the night we arrived when they kept the restaurant open for us (after a five hour drive) to the barman at the pool who knew the drink I wanted. The cleaners, the concierge, the reception staff, cleaning staff, and valet staff, all made for an exceptional experience.

My only real issue (but it was not a big deal) was the fact that there was no covered parking. I eventually moved my car into a spot under a tree.
