As in Japan the room is very small. This room doesn't even have a closet. It has a towel bar with four hangers. The room however is very clean and the staff is very helpful. I like that breakfast is included. It is not the type of breakfast you expect in the US, but there is sufficient variety to have a decent breakfast. The breakfast varies a little bit daily. Small breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs in the form of curds, yogurt, bread, raisin bun, cereals, rice, soup, are always available. In addition, you may get a bun filled with custard and other proteins such as meat balls or chicken. Another plus is that the metro train station is literally steps away and you could get to any of the tourist areas using the trains with transfers of course.
The major negative is it is far away from the busy and tourist area. As such there is not much around there. We tried four restaurants around there and there is none that I would recommend. Transportation is expensive in Japan, so it would be better to stay near the location you want to visit. Besides, you will save time getting to where you want to go.

Staff are really warm even though they don't speak english fluent they try to translate everything to you in an easy way.
I was just shocked how small the room was. But it was okay with me. Because it is so clean, new and very comfortable even though the room was too small.

The location was amazing, so close to the trains that it made it so easy to travel anywhere in Tokyo. After a long day out too it was nice to be so close to the hotel so you could crash and do it all over again. The breakfast was always tasty and had many more options than i thought we would be offered. The convivence store was right next door so that was super nice and a good choice if we ever had a late morning. We opted for a two bed room and it was just the right size for us.
Not much, it was a perfect stay and I will be going back to Tokyo hopefully in the near future and will be booking at this hotel again. Plus I'd recommended anyone stay here so no complaints from me!

Very nice hotel! Great customer service and just an overall very cozy place. It was nice to be able to eat and relax in the Comfort Library Cafe where breakfast is also held. It is also located in a nice quiet suburb and is literally 10 meters from the station entrance Kiyosumi Shirakawa. The station conveniently has escalators which led right next to the hotel, so overall it made it very convenient for us to stay here! There is also a Family Mart right next door for late night convenience store snacks.
Due to the size of the room, we felt it lacked a bit of ventilation however this may be quite normal for hotels in Japan with smaller rooms

Great stay. Literally next door of the subway. A Family Mart at the exit from the hotel. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. The bed was quite comfortable (unlike the one where we stay now in Osaka that is very hard). The price was great as well. Nothing negative to say about the hotel. The personnel are really nice and friendly. The hotel offers to transfer your luggage to the next destination ( for us was Osaka) so we don't have to carry it with us all over the city. Great experience, thank you very much!!

excellent location which is literally beside the subway exit of two major subway lines for easy travel within Tokyo. A convenient store is next to the hotel entrance so you don't have to worry about any common necessities you miss out when packing your stuff. Room size is a bit bigger than those you generally can find in Tokyo. Of course it is still considered to be very small but it is well understood for hotel rooms in Tokyo. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and it is highly likely that I will choose this for my next trip
the level of the bathroom is way above of the room floor level, not convenient for kids and elders.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (e.g. in upgrading the room, keeping the luggage while waiting to check-in and booking a table in a restaurant). The cleaning staff was very sweet. The twin room was very comfortable when traveling with 2 big suitcases. The library café was very inviting and the laundromat near this feature was very simple to operate and appreciated. The metro station (2 lines) right underneath the hotel made it very easy to venture to the touristic center. The location in the Koto area is perfect for "slow" tourism (i specifically chose not to stay in overtouristic areas) and offers enough possibilities in terms of shopping and restaurant options in various styles.
There was nothing to dislike.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The room is nice and comfortable, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to its location at a Tokyo metro interchange station, it is very easy and convenient to discover the city. In addition, I would like to highlight the lovely view on the Tokyo Skytree from my room.
For European and American travellers: please be aware of the Japanese room and size standards. For me the room was perfectly fine in terms of size (1.80m tall), however if you are very big or plan to bring a lot of luggage it might feel a bit cramped.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of Tokyo which is perfect since we used it to sleep in and not lounge in. It is a bit far from Shibuya/Shinjuku (around 30-40 minute train ride, no transfers I believe). A plus is that the train station is literally next to the hotel (Odeo line & Hanzomon Line). The room was clean and pretty roomy for two petite girls with two checked suitcases, probably won't feel like that if you're bigger. The bathroom size is pretty decent for Japan. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we checked out, they allowed us to keep our luggage there as we did a bit more sightseeing before our flight home. There is also washer/dryer on the 2nd floor if you need to do laundry. The hotel also has complimentary breakfast (do not expect 5 star restaurant quality food lol but it was decent).
One thing is that the tub in the bathroom is pretty high so I kept hitting my knees when entering and exiting the bathtub.
