I stayed in the past several times and as always, the hotel room is clean and quiet with comfortable bed and big bath room. It is also super convenient that we can use a trolly up to the room and keep the trolly in front of the room so that on our departure we can just again used the trolly for our baggage and check out easily just by throwing the card key into the box. There are several hotels in this airport area but no reason for me to choose others this Centrair Hotels is in the end the only hotel directly next to the airport.

Nothing. BUT it would have been more perfect if there were bath salt/bath bomb in the room. The bath room is a nice Japanese type, meaning we can have a relaxing bath time before long flights or after long flights, and if there is bath bomb, which in Japan we can find varieties of kinds at drag stores, the bath time would be more comfortable.

Cleanliness, comfort, and convenience to the airport were what I liked most. Also appreciated the lounge coffee machine, although other options like cocoa would be more welcome.

The rooms were smaller than I expected. I was especially disappointed that the TV channels were mainly local shows in the Japanese language. Even the BBC English news was dubbed and had a voice over in Japanese. As a hotel next to an international airport, I expected a wider range of international news and entertainment programmes in English or other languages.

Excellent location, just across the road from the airport and accessible via a sheltered bridge. Good sized rooms. I had a twin room and a triple room. The triple room is basically a twin room with an extra bed. Even with the third bed, there was still sufficient room to open luggages. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I liked being able to bring the airport trolleys up to the rooms and using them to transport all the luggage instead of having to lug the luggages.

None actually, but if I really had to nitpick, it would have been good to have some trolleys at the car drop off point. The trolleys were located at the lobby, which meant that someone had to take the lift up to the lobby and bring the trolleys down to the drop off point.

It is located inside the airport, just outside the arrival and departure hall so it is easy to find. The room is clean and spacious. I booked a twin room but was upgraded to a triple room. Very convenient if you have an early flight to catch. We didn't opt for breakfast. There are many restaurants at the departure hall with good selections. Super convenient and cheaper than Hotel breakfast. Hotel is just 25 mins Meitetsu train ride from Nagoya Station. Very happy with our choice. Will stay here if travelling to Nagoya again.

Excellent location, quiet although near airport, lovely room and hotel facilities. Lobby areas included seats for work and computer access as well as free coffee. Room modern and well designed with user’s convenience in mind. Bathroom with bathtub spacious and had sensor lights for toilet. Breakfast was good and included a live section as well. Excellent customer service as they responded to queries very promptly. Also like the additional service provided such as weighing scale and packing machine conveniently located near the lobby. Will definitely come back to stay👍

Our second stay in this hotel. It is a perfect hotel for an early flight next morning. Can do some last minute shopping and have meals at Aeon Mall (one train station away) in the afternoon. At night, have dinner and shop in the airport. Room is spacious and nice sea views. Coffee corner at the lounge area. Also have cold and warm water dispenser in the lounge. They have a luggage weighing machine near the lobby and a machine which suppose to vacuum pack the clothes (100 yen for 5 mins), we did not try it though.

The man at the front desk was very helpful and patient explaining the difference in room types between the old & new tower block when finding a solution to our request for rooms to be next to each other, via a top up of price difference to enable the rooms to be side by side. The room in the new tower was designed well to maximize the small-ish but comfortable room size. Also loved the huge windows overlooking the sea. Bed was comfy. Cleaners were helpful in showing how to use the wall mounted air conditioning controller, when I stepped out of the lift on the ground floor seeking assistance. Location was excellent, with less than a 5 minute walk from front lobby to the airline's check in counter, and a Family Mart along the way. Good choice of restaurants in the airport one floor above.

Very conveniently located. I had a 9am flight so took the train from Nagoya Station to airport the night before my departure. Hotel is steps away from the airport train station gate and literally next door to the airport departure hall entrance. The hotel lobby had airport baggage trolleys so I loaded my luggage and strolled out of hotel straight to check in counter! Nice facilities, nice and comfy room. Better than i expected. Family Mart and food court nearby.

Nothing. At first a bit worried about noise from airplanes but hardly heard any take off or landing. No trouble sleeping.

I love so many things about Centrair. I love how the hotel smells! The hotel smells really really nice, especially once you enter tye lounge on your way to the Pacific bldg. I love how it is so comfy. My room has a view of the runway, so we are watching the planes arriving and departing during breakfast in the room---and you cannot hear the planes❤️. There is a vacuum sealing machine at tye lobby for compressing your clothes (100¥ for 5 min usage). Their breakfast is a mix of Western and Japanese dishes. I love the fact that it does not come out in huge trays---so that certain batch won't be sitting there for a long time. I really love Centrair hotel. Many things to do around. It is literally beside the Terminal 1--- 5-10mins, we were at our check in counter. We stayed here for 3 nights,, so we were really relaxed before our flight out of Japan.

This is 2nd time we stayed in the Centrair Hotel. In these 2 times, it took awhile (like 20 min) to find the reservation info for checking, not sure if there is any correlation with Booking.com system. However I didn't experience same issue in other hotels during the trip. Nothing to say about the room, it's compact and cozy as expectation. However, I didn't feel welcomed after I took long time in check-in. I got noticed by the reception, that I had to wait another 20 min for them prepare the rooms, especially I'd already delay the check-in time from 3pm to 5pm. This was really bad experience the rooms couldn't be ready at 5pm. Hope it won't happen again to others.
