To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect but it was a good hotel. Well,positioned, the staff were extremely helpful.the rooms although small by Australian standards, were quite adequate for me. The shower was a big surprise, so hot and powerful which was great. Although not over the top, the rooms had great wifi, and facilities for the tech traveller. The bed seemed hard at first, but I was surprised that it gave me the best night’s sleep during my stay in Japan. Can’t think of any negatives really. Enjoyed my stay.

A quick walk to the station and restaurants. Sendai central is a pleasant place to visit, with a nice castle ruine nearby. They have an extensive optional amenity like skincare stuff and others, which I liked a lot. They also have a kettle in the room. The staff were friendly, spending time explaining me in details for restaurant suggestions.

The room could have been bigger but for me alone it was sufficient. (For two, it may be a bit tight if you have big luggage). It'll be great if they have a little more option than coffee, like tea bags. (I bought some tea bags for myself at a super market).

The hotel is perfectly located, easy to find, a short walk from the station, clean, and the staff were very kind. The rooms has a good amount of space and were not too craped. The rooms also has a smart tv and a built in vanity seperate from the restroom.

The only two things that were bad were the bed, which was very hard and left me feeling sore, and the water which got way too hot to the point of nearly burning at the slightest move of the tap. If the beds were more comportable or had toppers and if the water was easier to temperature control I would have no complaints. Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable that I will not stay at this property again.

The hotel is located less than 10-minute walk from the station. Lots of restaurants within 10-minute walk radius. One of the famous beef tongue restaurant is 2-minute walk from the hotel! Actually the sumptuous breakfast menu include a beef tongue curry! The room size is reasonably large in comparison with typical Japanese hotels near train station. Behind the hotel is a fresh produce market where you can get fruits and seafood.

For the price I paid, there is really nothing I can think of.

The hotel is located close to Sendai station where you can get the metro, local JR trains and Shinkansen. The staff was great and spoke well enough English. The hotel and the room were clean and fairly new. We appreciated that there was a desk in the room and enough sockets. The best part was certainly the breakfast, which included an amazingly big choice of Japanese delicacies.

The mattress was a bit hard and there were some long hairs in the room and the bathroom.

Location was perfect. Very near to station. Convenient store is just across the street. Restaurants also are near. Rooms are clean and every day, cleaning staffs are changing the towel and sending slippers. They collect also the garbage. The courtesy stuffs (lotions, etc...) are unlimited near the reception.

For long stay, they should have cabinets for clothes and luggages.

Very nice hotel, in a good location, and with a wonderful breakfast. I asked for a quiet room and got one that was not facing the road so I didn't have any sound! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extensive and delicious.

The pillow is not comfortable, it's very hard and thick.

The room was bigger and more comfortable than I expected for the price. The bed and pillow were firm. The free WiFi worked without any problems. Sendai itself has a lot of things to see and do but I mainly stayed there to give me good access by train to Yamadera in the west and Matsushima in the east.

The room was a little warm and the air-con didn't seem to have a cooling function or maybe I just didn't know how to use it.

Great location, everything important within walking distance. Nice room, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

This isnt really negative but: If you are on a tighter budget and want to share a room with a friend or colleague, be aware that Japanese double beds are XS size and so are rooms. So you're either very close to each other or you'd better book 2 rooms.

The hotel conveniently situated close to the station, which is about ten minutes on foot. Also, being near the market meant we could explore and enjoy local delights and go to the nice izakayas nearby in the evening. Our room, while a bit on the cozy side, was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and we also appreciated the quality toiletries provided.
