The property had great ocean views, wonderful beach, warm and friendly staff and nice entertainment options. Was great to have onsite covid test center, which was convenient. The pick-up and drop-off with partner service, Amstar was on-time!!
The restaurant had great decor but the taste of the food was okay. There was a long waiting time for the restaurants during dinner. The restaurants had the same menu for the week. If I wanted to go back to the same restaurant, I have to eat the same food.

The one and only thing I didn’t like about the property were the massive amounts of mosquitoes in the rooms. This is the only knock against the property. Other than that everything was outstanding.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights. We had amazing butlers (Kenroy and Duran) who were two of the friendliest people I've ever met! They went above and behind when it came to making sure that we had everything we needed and then some. The beach was small, but it never got crowded and the water was perfect (just have to make sure to look out for the jellyfish). The food was amazing! I'm looking forward to planning another stay at this hotel in the future.
The one downfall to this amazing place was the mosquitoes. Even with bringing our own bug spray and using the bug spray provided by the hotel, my friend and I were constantly getting bit whether it was in the room or in the various eatery's around the property.

we loved the property and staff was personable, friendly and accommodating. Loved the activities held on the property. The food and the restaurant were really good. We also enjoyed the access to the property and Breathless.
I didn’t like how the representative pressured my husband and I to allow them to tell us about the different offers. It was a turn off.

The food and the drinks were great! The room was sexy! We literally had a pool in our back yard. We stayed at the preferred suites which was top shelf. We had the privilege of having Tajae assist us during our entire stay there. Tajae was extremely professional. All the staff was amazing at the resort. We also had the privilege of meeting Matthew. He was never assigned to us but still contributed to our amazing stay. Sheldon was also another major contributor to our amazing stay. Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay is definitely amazing. I would actually place the Secrets brand ahead of the Sandals brand. We also stayed at Secrets the Vine Cancun back in June and it was also top shelf. Our suite was a deluxe Penthouse 1300 sqft suite with an ocean view. This resort was more built up (12+ floors) unlike Secrets Wild Orchid being more built out (4 floors). You can’t go wrong with either one. I would highly recommend Secrets brand wherever you choose to vacate.

I’ve visited Jamaica many times but this was my first at an all inclusive resort there. I was extremely impressed by the courteous staff, entertainment, decor and beach.
The food had limited options and not enough Jamaican cuisines.
