Deja Resort All Inclusive

Price. Location. Great tasting food and variety of food options.

*On the first day we saw 2 roaches: one in our room bathroom and the other at the coffee bar area. *As it has no elevator, the property was not accessible for persons that have a mobility disability. Can be noisy due to nearby traffic. *Attempts to contact the property directly prior to check-in (by social media, WhatsApp or email) were all unsuccessful. Management should assign a staff member assigned to handle these types of community. *There was only 1 night of organized entertainment (steel pan), more would have been nice. *There was no daily menu list and no pamphlet or written guide to the amenities on-site at the hotel.

We very much enjoyed the pool, bar, and grill. Some staff, Andre, Kemar, Tasha, and the accounts manager went above and beyond their duties to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location to the beach was amazing!!!

The water pressure was lacking and, at times, was not existant. There were a far too many roaches. There were way too many stairs to climb. Even after explaining that my wife had hip surgery, we were placed on the top floor of the resort.

I overpaid for the room that was offered but the front desk staff gave us a better room and we paid more $$ to get a suite and it was all good after that! We love Deja Resort and would highly recommend it for its staff, value, food, and location! Our 'go to place' for 5 star service at 3 star price! Our home away from our home in St. Catherine.❤

Nothing. Once we got the right room we were good. Big ups to the staff for working the magic to satisfy our wishes! ❤ Food is always exceptional, open bar is better than most, and the beach is right across the street!

The location was perfect to visit Doctors Cave beach right across the street. There’s things to do in the resort like swimming pool, hot tub, lots of places to sit and hang out especially good if there’s a group of you. Always food and beverages available, even a cafe with treats. The staff were the best, really helpful with anything you need and very friendly.

There was nothing I disliked, everything was great.

The staff was on point and friendIy was on the hottest strip. The jerk chicken at grill is good. The bar was open we had plenty of drinks. The room was cleaned everyday. The omelet bar was great. The beach and Starbucks was close

The shower water wasn't hot but the jacuzzi was great.

Breakfast lunch and dinner were great! The dinning hall room staff was also great. The food was Nicely prepared and a they kept a variety of different type of foods. The dessert table 😋 my son loved it. The Staff.. on my last day I lost my debit card and cash on the Patio and the staff found it and returned it to me I was so grateful! If you looking for a fun place to visit where you really don't even have to leave the resort Deja is the place! Daily activities even the part bar at night

To be honest, I liked my whole experience. The only thing I can think of was sometimes the wifi went in and out but I was even ok with that because it kept my son off YouTube

From my arrival, the check in process with Leoni was very pleasant, full of great vibes. She made me feel very welcomed and relaxed, plus she give such a beautiful touch with the WIFI code... :) Thank you so much Leoni, you made my whole stay all much more beautiful just for that gesture. :) I hope we cross paths again, that was very special. The rest of staff, from restaurant to bar, security staff, everyone was super cool, made me feel really comfortable at the hotel, that I think I spent most of stay within the hotel lool. Thank you again for such amazing staff, running the show at Deja Resort.

It's not easy for parking your car, since is very central, but security staff got me a real premium spot right in front of hotel, so they still came up top :). I just had to write something here lol
