very central location, 15 mins walk to all major attractions and 2 mins walk from the hop on hop off tour bus. Omar from reception was by far the most pleasant person I’ve ever come across from any of my travels. incredible gentleman

I liked everything about Sophie Terrace. It is just minutes from Rome Termini. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean with house keepers that were eager to help. I would recommend this place without reservation. They do not have a restaurant but that is not limiting. There are several restaurants close by. They do serve drinks and snacks. We even ordered Just Eat delivery and took it to the terrace which has a beautiful view. The hotel organized our pickup and was very dependable. Can't wait to visit STH again soon!!

Excellent staff, great modern clean rooms, with probably the best bathroom/shower in all my stays in Italy (it was big!). Mini-split controllable style AC which was nice in hot and humid Rome. The rooftop terrace is spectacular.

The location is fantastic if you need a quick night with access to Termini station, which is what we needed. I would NOT recommend staying here for pleasure - the neighborhood it is in is.... rough, which is a kind way of saying it. I would not feel comfortable walking around this area at night - and was told the same by locals (so this is not just visual bias to the dirty nature of the streets). The restaurants around the hotel feel seedy, and you will not have good authentic food - we felt very uncomfortable eating at a restaurant just a few hundred feet from the hotel. If you're visiting as a tourist, stay closer to Piazza Navona/ Fiore di Campo to experience the "rome" you're expecting.

Beautifully decorated . Very clean . Very comfortable and quiet . Staff were exceptional . Gave lots of tips and advice on sightseeing and places to eat . Could not have been more hospitable .

We were wondering if all the other excellent reviews about this hotel were true and I'm delighted to say they are! Omar on reception was so helpful, the sunset on the terrace was incredible and the room was so clean and comfortable! It was only a 5 min walk to the Rome Termini and we walked everywhere else too - 15mins to the Colloseum, 15mins to the Trevi fountain and less than an hour to walk to the Vatican. There were lots of lovely restuarants and cafés nearby too! We will definitely stay here again it was a perfect base to explore Rome! Thank you Sophie Terrace Hotel :-)

Excellent location. Close to many of Prague's attractions. Very spacious room. Lots of storage and hanging space. Full breakfast option provided. Room was clean and serviced daily.

sophie terrace was so convenient as located a 7 minute walk from the train station! Easy access to lots of restaurants and also the hop on bus which was a great way to get to the main sights . Our room was very clean and well appointed and with great air conditioning! The roof top terrace was a highlight as the views over Rome with a drink were incredible ! Omar the manager was amazing and made our holiday even more memorable with the care he provided ! He contacted us prior to arrival to provide assistance as well as great restaurant recommendations! Omar went out of his way to get our room serviced so we could check in early which was very much appreciated. we loved our stay at Sophie terrace and will return as well as happily recommending to others.

We only stayed in Rome one night but the Sophie Terrace Hotel met all of our needs for a quick stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a clean bathroom with good shower pressure and cozy bed. The gentleman who met us initially and later checked us out was also very sweet and accommodating, providing a map of the city and several recommendations, as was the overnight gentleman who provided us each a complimentary glass of Prosecco after our long day of touring the city. The hotel also had a rooftop terrace and bar which made for great views of the city skyline.

The location was convenient as it was a 5-10 minutes walk to the train station, but it wasn’t as close to the major sites (more like 15+ minutes) so it ended up being a lot of walking.

The Sophie Terrace is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed, the hotel is absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The staff have to be the nicest people me and my partner ever met. Omar and Flo especially just made our whole holiday amazing! Their positive attitudes and friendliness is unmatched, they are really amazing people! I can't thank them enough for how considerate they were! The location is also absolutely perfect too, right beside the bus station and all local amenities! I will definitely stay here again! 5 stars !!!!

I was very surprised with this hotel. Location is the max : betwwen Republica and Termini. Rooms we had for the family was spacious and very very clean with is a must for me. But the biggest plus for this hotel was concierge/hotelworker Mr Omar, nice intro few days before by whatsup to ask if any help needed to get to hotel. Dictionary how to navigate in Rome, good tips of resto and place to eat, very very polite and helpful person and even suggest alternative transportation with is cheaper to go to airport. Even after check out we could left our baggage with them And use their bathroom facilities until transportation arrives. The extra mile is really realised by Omar for their clientele.
