Grand Master Suite

Location was good, close enough to walk to spanish steps, across a church and shopping, a little noisy because its on the main road via del corso with trucks collecting garbage at the early morning. Room was big for 3 adults, near cafe, grocery, luxury shopping. Helpful staff especially Alexandra and the Filipina.

hard to find, the sign was covered with Christmas décor, old, no breakfast, but lots of opportunities to dine outside, at least have a common microwave, or toaster for all to use. better signage outside to identify where it actually is. not a 24 hour reception desk so arrive past 9am until 5pm.

I am speaking only on my behalf and my friend's. Location was perfect,right in the middle of Via del Corso. The room and the bathroom were large, we didn't have to step on each others feet. The room was cute and I loved the ideea with the electonic key for both building entrance and the room. The building had 2 terraces, but we only used the one on the second floor.

We were the last room in the building, it was attic like. Therefore, it had only a ceiling window, with no view. Apart from the other rooms we had little space for depositing the clothes. And another low point was the temperature. It was a little cold and the AC wasn't working at his fullest. When we tried to open the AC and the TV at the same time, we had a power outage. But this was only our room. Our friends rooms had an awesome temperature, view and deposit 😂

Rooms were a good size with comfortable bed. Bathroom was well laid out. We had 3 rooms on same floor which worked really well. Breakfast was in cafe close by which we were told about in advance and worked well. Alessandro was in contact with us about our wheelchair needs and even with her misgivings, in our circumstances it all worked well.

If I had known before booking that breakfast was not onsite, I would not have booked it . We were warned that although accessible there is a step before reaching the lift, which is very small.Wheelchair users need to bump up a large step and our daughter needed to get out of the chair for the lift. This worked OK for her but fulltime chair users might have problems. We also had some electricity issues with fuses blowing.Fine during the day as manager was available but not at night.

We loved the location and the size of the 2 levels apartment , with nice furnitures compared to what we expected ( more space than we needed for a family of four so felt luxurious). We liked the large dining table with the big terrace just outside and with outdoor furnitures. The large master bedroom with bathroom and the smaller bedroom with own bathroom was convenient. Apartment was well equipped in general and we were not disturbed by noice from outside ( when windows were closed). Air condition worked great. The upper roof terrace was more than we expected even if not had time to spend so much time there ( incredibly large). Overall we were very happy with our stay here!

There are some things that could be done too make this apartment super great! First - The 2 terraces were great, BUT not taken care of. Floor and furnitures were very dirty and no equipment to clean them and cushions where ragged. There were a lot of decorating pots, but all plants were dead. The beds in master bedroom was very hard, seems the bed mattress was missing? Towels and beddings were cleaned, but had some stains. No dish cloth or dish towels for the kitchen and only one tablet for the dishwasher. Finally the handle and locker of the front door was about to give up, so should easily be fixed. Though, those things were not overtaking the overall very good experience we had during our 5 days in Rome!

The newly refurbished Exce suite was great. Great location Clean and modern. Comfortable beds Easy access Great pre arrival communication from staff. Staff member arranged for a car to pick us up and transfer us to next destination. All much appreciated.

Bad drain smells. TV of older model and we could not stream or use HDMI with it. Minor, but some areas of construction unfinished. Ie open holes n wires n pipes exposed.

The room was super for a family - separate beds for each child, plenty space and easy to keep tidy.

Only two reasons for docking points: 1) bins weren't emptied consistently every day and they were small so needed to be 2) the kitchenette was separate to the room - not a big deal for us, I just wasn't expecting that.

The location is amazing, close to shops, cafes for early coffee and breakfast. Alessandra at reception was very kind and helpful. 10min walk to trevi, souvenir shops, food and 20min walk down to piazza venezia near the colloseum. Very small lift but it worked well. Bed was comfortable with lovely pillows.

The shower is very narrow would not suit a larger person. Only kettle and instant coffee in room, wasn't refilled.

The room was definitely spacious enough and very well located in the heart of Rome, basically around the corner from the Spanish Steps. We only needed to take the metro to go to the train station, but were otherwise able to cover the entire city by foot (including vatican city). Pretty much everything was within a 30 minute walk, which made our trip to Rome very efficient. The staff was also very friendly, and the self-checkin procedure went smoothly. The room was clean and modern. Despite the noise issues, I would still recommend this as great value for your money.

- Sound was definitely an issue in our room. You could hear everything from the other rooms, plus there was a significant gap as well at the top of the bathroom window which is adjacent to the hallway, which means you could hear everything perfectly. Not great if there are people arriving back to their room late at night. Additionally, any noise on the street, you could hear as well, but it was a quiet neighborhood so this wasn't an issue. - TV didn't work - apparently some issue with the electricity. We weren't there to watch TV anyway, but would've been nice for in the evening before going to bed.

I liked the location at the main shopping street in Rome , just a 15 minutes walk from villa Borghese, 5 minutes walking distance from Spanish steps and the square. and I liked the decoration of the room so impressive.

I didn’t like that our apartment had ants ! and that the staff never put tissues nor soap in the room even when they clean the room they just tidy the bed and thats it! also you should note that Via del Corso is a pedestrian street so whenever you take. taxi they will drop you near by but not in front of the apartment.

It’s a great location. We nearly can reach all the destination by foot. A few famous sightings locations just 10 minutes away and nice family restaurant also nearby. Our room just right next the noise street but it’s quite…it doesn’t disturb at all! What a surprise!! Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
