The breakfast featured high-quality food, and the staff was exceptional. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The location is in the historic town. You need to know that it means extreme poverty around the lovely hotel. We liked it anyway.

the staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming, the room was cooled down to perfection and very quiet and the stay overall was very nice. the rooftop view at breakfast was wild!

we were not able to tone down the AC to medium „strength“, so it was either on full speed or turned off - but we made it work and were happy with it!

Very well located, close to the Railway terminus and handy for meeting up with excursions. Helpful staff, clean room with an old world charm. Breakfast buffet well stocked, aside from a weird coffee machine. I fell victim to dynamic pricing and feel like I overpaid but that's my own fault. I'd definitely use again and recommend.

The room safe is just large enough for a passport and wallet, not a laptop (even a small one) and can be opened by the room key (not very secure). There should be a better coffee machine at the buffet.

It was literally walking distance to the train station. And also in the heart of the city. The staff was amazing. I lost my wallet in my the taxi cab. They called the cab company and arranged to have it returned to me. They allowed me to come and go freely as I was coming from San Francisco so my jet lag was horrible but they made me feel right at home. Balcony to overlook everything and breakfast was always good!

The room and hotel was beautiful and centrally located. The range at breakfast was fantastic, and available earlier than a lot of other hotels, so it was great to get in before having to head out for booked tours. Staff were all friendly and helpful, thank you

There was a little confusion about prepayment upon check out, but it was resolved quickly :)

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. Nice breakfast selection. Comfy bed and good hot shower. We loved staying here.

The location is close to the main railway station but is a little out of the way and looks a bit out of place in that neighbourhood.

The location on the edge of the historical district was great. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and being able to have breakfast outdoors on the terrace was a plus as was having a glass of wine at the end of the day on the small but inviting rooftop.

It was clean, located near the center of Naples so easy to get around to tourist spots. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking is extra cost -€25 per day - so that is quite a big additional cost on the bill. To be fair the staff did arrange for our car to be taken away and returned via a valet service. So it was not inconvenient. Other than that I can’t really complain.

Very helpful staff. Nice large room with plenty of storage space. There is a really nice roof garden bar, where you can hang out to enjoy the evening, with a beautiful view of the church dome.

Room facilities were good (a/c, minibar, etc) but there was no kettle to be able to make that first cup of coffee in the morning! There was a nice, fairly large, balcony but it did not have any chairs so you could not sit out on it. However the rooftop garden was an excellent place to hang out instead.

Hotel staff were the best. Terrace garden was well used by us. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

The entry next to the street market wasn't so good to look at, but it was only a very short walk to the main street, so it's not the worst problem
