Was only there for one night but spacious room and spacious bathroom. Staff was lovely

The area is close to the station but very dirty and I didn't feel safe with lots of people sitting drunk on the street outside. Didn't feel safe going out at night as a solo female.

the hostel is 5 minutes walk from the Central station, which was perfect for us (the bus from the airport stops there). the breakfast (buffet) was also very good, the room spacious and clean (the same as the shared bathroom). there was also hot water all the time. the staff from the reception gave us an amazing hint and ended up eating the best pizza ever (5€) at a nearby small restaurant

it is not about the property per se, but the area is a bit shady, full of immogrants and dirty. but despite this it was safe

The location was amazing, right in the center of Naples, from here you can see the entire city on foot. Its also very close to the public tranportation, the buss from the airport until the hostel was super fast, it also has a train that can take you to all the cities around naples super fast and confortable. The hostel was a bit hidden, you have to look up to see a sign indicating the hostel, after a few tries I found it. The people in the reception were amazind and they helped me with everything!! Places to go, food to try, they even invited me to the events they organize in the hostel. The room was big enought, the bed was confortable, it has a place to charge your phone at night and the room has good light. I definitely recommend this place to stay if your visiting Naples :)

The breakfast wasnt the best. The floor that I was only had one bathroom were you could shower (for me it didnt cause any trouble because at the times that I arrived and left the hostel it was always available). The view from the room that I was, was a bit bad, but the citie is like that soo theres no running from it. Over all, it was a really good experience and I would recommend this hostel :)

The homey vibe makes it a great experience ! Meeting new people whether over breakfast or an aperitivo organised by the hostel. The location is also perfect, in between the main station and the center. The cleaning service is on spot. Plugs are well distributed, even small bedside lamps, and most importantly the bathroom is inside the room itself. Also the staff was extremely interactive and helpful in suggestions about touring the city, and offering advice, coffee and aperitivo.

I had a personal issue. Let's just say: bring your "physical" id documents with you. In terms of privacy service i liked that the bathroom is inside the room, but i didn't like that they don't provide you with keys for your lockers under "security reasons" so keep in mind to bring your own (however the guests were extremely nice)

The staff at Hostel Mancini is sooo nice. They were helpful and super friendly at all times, and so patient in explaining how to get to see the places you wanted to see. Absolutely lovely! A bonus was the party on Saturday night. It really helped to get to know the other travellers and created friendships. The location is also really good and central, right next to the central train and underground station. It was very clean and I felt safe and cared for.

It is in a really dodgy street. I was frankly scared to go out after dark. Not for the fainthearted! But maybe that's just me.

Very good accommodation for such a low price! I stayed in a shared bedroom, but it had lockers, a nice and spacious bathroom in the room and the bed was very comfortable. A hairdryer is available at the reception. The location is very central, easy to reach by bus or train (the bus to and from the airport is less than 10 minutes away by foot). Very nice and helpful staff! And a small breakfast with good coffee (and plant based milk), toast and cereal was included. Everything you need to get a good night of sleep and be ready for a day of walking in the city!

The lighting in the bedroom was a bit too strong, so it would have been nice if all beds had their own reading lights so that the main light could be turned off without anyone being bothered.

Good location close to main train station, near the city center. Great staff, friendly and profesionals. Sangria event on Saturday evening, free for guest! Very good breakfast for a hostel, even with vegan milk and other options! Good security - electronic key even to acces the dorm. Private bath for the dorm plus extra bath. Good rules, great kitchen. Supermarket nearby and many food options at good prices in the area.

A bit noisy sometimes and not very safe area - but this in Naples... If you pay attentions to details, everything will be ok.

We actually ended up here completely be accident, our flight was cancelled and I had to find accommodation last minute. Really glad we ended up here as the staff and guests were really nice after having such a terrible day. Private room was very nice for a hostel, and breakfast setup was really good with cheese, ham, bread and coffee in plentiful supply. Also, very well situated on Garibaldi Square, which you will always go through for bus connections to/from the airport as well as train connections to Pompeii/Sorrento, plus the metro line. Incidentally, this was my third stay in Naples and it by far the best and easiest to find.

All in all, a great place and definitely somewhere I'd come back to if I was visiting with friends. Only thing is the area definitely looks a bit sketchy when you show up, especially at night but if you've been to Naples before then you'll know what to expect. Also, a little pricy for a hostel, but again -- it's Naples.

The hostel was very close to the train station, so optimal for my need. The staff was super: kind, gentle and very flexible (they offer me early breakfast and chech-out since I have an early train). Very nice the free Saturday ge-together "aperitivo". The room was super clean.

The hostel itself show some signs of the time: not all lockers can be closed properly, furniture a little worn out and some other "aging" signs. Generally in terms of value for money it is still from the value side so I can understand some old furniture.

Awesome personnel, I had such amazing support, they made me very helpful suggestions that helped me to organize my visit to Naples in the most efficient and comfortable way. The hostel is clean, the location is amazing, 10 minutes from the central station and from Via St. Gregorio Armeno, which is the heart of the old city

When I had just arrived I was a little scared of the neighborhood as it didn't look safe. But my stay was completely safe. Also it would be nice to have more electricity sockets in the room.
