We came to the hotel just for one night passing by Italy, and came at night. Check in was online before and keys were left. It's great service! Staff was responding quickly to my questions. Breakfast is very good, fresh and full of everything. Special points: to the pancake machine, even 5-6 years could make pancakes by themselves and sit outside with the playground! Just half an hour of relaxing for parents. I love the idea of the brunch, even though we didn't try it. The staff is very friendly! Perfect to stay with small travellers.

Information about parking should be more detailed. We came by car, and we didn't know what time we would come. In the booking it was written we can order parking additionally for 15 EUR. I tried to order, but then I got an answer it's all booked. But I haven't got information, that there is not a problem to park on the street, night is free, and an hour is 1.2 EUR. That information would be enough.

Good location, not far from the beach. Nice and helpfull staff, and a fantastic breakfast and brunch buffet. Big celection of food and desserts. We booked tickets for Mirabilandia in the reception, and they were discounted, half price from their own web page.

To bad that you have to pay extra to use the pool. We never got around to using it because of that. The sound isolation is almost non existing, you hear everything your neghbours are talking about, and screaming children. The lunch buffet ran out of the proper food, like pasta and french fries as soon as they served it. It could have been more food on the lunch buffet.

The communication with the staff was amazing, they were very helpful and they had a solution for all of our problems. The food was good and it is a great thing that you can have breakfast, a snack and even lunch there and there is a great variety of food. They clean the rooms everyday. Very close to the beach.

The hotel is a renovated hotel, so the ACs are pretty old and if you leave them on they stop working properly after more time. Sometimes the bathroom has a weird smell, i think it could be solved easily by using some other cleaning solutions.

The hotel is nice. The people working there are very friendly and willing to help. The hotel is located near the sea in the nice quiet park. We also didn't had any problems with sound insolation, reported in previous reviews. The brunch was tasty. Especially given that all the cafes except piadas are closed in the day ("siesta"), having brunch until 1pm is great. They also recommended us great restaurant for dinners and gave the discount. After trying the several other ones as well, I can say that recommended one was the best.

I don't know if that is just us used to cold climate, but it seemed that AC even setup to 17C was struggling to fight high Italian temperatures on the hottest days -> harder to sleep in nights.

Everything was perfect and its worth it for the money we paid , its not beachfront but very close like second row like 5 min. walk to beach and we loved the big trees making a big shade all around the hotels nearby , and it feels like you are in the forest , the room was simple and clean and you got everyday cleaning service , breakfast was awesome , typical Italian breakfast as we usually get in every hotel in Italy but the advantage here was because the breakfast was until 13:00, you can get the breakfast and go to the beach and you can comeback around 12:00 or 12:30 and get another snack like you already had some lunch which is amazing and you only need to care about the dinner. You got electric bikes if you want to explore the town and playground for the kids . Its definitely a family hotel and i highly recommend this hotel for families. the staff was amazing all of them , they welcome you and meet you with a smile on their face and trying to help you in every way for any needs you have. I need to mention Tomas and Giuseppe at the check in desk of the hotel that was very helpful in every way and give all information and help you need for everything and i want say a big thank you for everything and also a thank you for the rest of the staff for the nice stay . Grazie mille i hope we will come back next year :)

First impresion when we arrived was good. You get welcome drink, the italian guy at the receptinon speeks english, room was nice and clean… but the next morning at breakfast - catastrophy for me! Sooo many pasteries to choose from and everything so delicious, that I became a little elefantino in the next couple of days. But joke aside, everything was great, nice and friendly staff, breakfast very delicious, it’s realy cool, that you can eat as many times as you want from 8 AM to 1 PM. Parking at the street in front. Short walk to the beach, Milano Marittime is a lovely place. We recomend!

When booking you are led to believe that thee is pool at the premises. Although it is written/hidden in fine print that the pool is offered by a different hotel (at a price of 38 Euros per person!), in my book this still qualifies as false advertizing.

All in all we are satisfied. Stuff is friendly, rooms are clean. Its not a 5* hotel so so we are happy with all we got and for that the price is very ok. Nice thing is food and drink til 13:00 and electric bikes for free ride. Like the surrounding area and walk along the seaside beaches.

Hotel needs a renovation and some modernization, but than it would be more expensive.

We spent just 1 night on our journey and were genuinely surprised how good it was. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast amazing with many options - sweet and salty, fruits and vegetable. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. Next time we will definitely stay longer!🙂
