The location is just outside the town centre but we knew and wanted this when booking. The room was large and on arrival everything was explained about how breakfast functioned the following morning. They have a fridge available for resident use, very clean and clearly marked. Great idea if staying more than one night. The pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves. After swimming we sat outside and had a drink before going to eat at the adjoining restaurant. Felt more like a hotel than a B&B because of this. Food was delicious. Very busy road outside the location and thought it might be noisy at night but heard nothing, even with the windows open.

If you have problems with stairs it might be an issue as rooms are on the top floor but they are currently putting in a lift so this will soon be resolved.

Nice property with Vesuvius view. Modern furniture. Free safe parking within the property. Comfortable shared kitchen and dining room. Pool looks nice, but it was too cold to use it in September. Very comfortable main bed.

Although friendly, none of the staff speaks a word of English. BB parking not properly marked compared to restaurant parking.

B&b Oliveto was the perfect stopping point for me on my way to Naples airport (30 mins away) after driving for 2.5 hours from Pescara. We were all blown away by the food at the attached restaurant. It was one of our more memorable dining experiences in Italy. Staff was very friendly as well. Thank you so much!

The location was fantastic right off of the freeway the rooms were delightful and very clean staff was very accommodating period we stayed two nights, went to Rome for a couple of days and then came back because we loved it so much

We spent one night here, and everything was new and clean. Very close to the Royal Palace of Caserta and Belvedere. We enjoyed a pleasant dinner on the terrace at the hotel's restaurant. The food was very good, and the prices were very reasonable. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Great place and location. Good view from balcony. Free parking. Swimming pool and garden. Downstairs from another entrance there is restaurant. Good breakfast.

Not so close to the downtown.. recommended only if you travel by car

First of all, it was a family business and we love it. The room was very clean and big enough. The location was very close to the Caserta Palace and it was in the middle of the olive trees, amazing! Owner family was very kind, respectful and helpful. The hotel has also a restaurant and pizzas were delightful. Prices were also good. Someday, we surely come back! Thanks for everything. Grazie!!

Perfect place if you wanna stay near San Leucio. Very clean rooms, everything is new and the owners are very helpful. The use of a swimming pool for a little fee made the hot day much easier (all written uder the “facilities”) If you rely on a public transport, you can take a bus in Caserta to San leucio and walk downhil, or take a taxi. A bit tricky if you’re without a car, but nothing unmanagable. Recommend!

Perfect host, easy check in/out, parking on the site, nice pool, great restaurant right next to the B&B and beer served right by the pool
