The locality is great. 15 minutes from the royal palace and the train station. The host was incredibly nice to offer to pick us up from the train station but we refused since it was a short walk. All communication went swiftly through booking. The room was spacious, including a bathroom and balcony. Bed was comfortable and the whole accommodation was very clean. The breakfast was typically italian - croissant, some bread and jam, juice box, and coffee.

The hosts were very welcoming, polite & helpful. They spoke great English, much better than my Italian. The bedroom was spacious, large wardrobe space. Balcony overlooking the gardens. The rooms were very clean, well maintained. All facilities seemed new and worked perfectly: air con/heater; TV; shower. Breakfast was very good, offer of more hot/cold drinks or food 👍. The property is very secure, surrounded by a fence & electronic gate (pedestrian & vehicle). Walking distance to the Royal Palace, & one of the best pizza restaurants in the Napoli area. We were traveling with a small dog - not a problem.

Having to park on the street - but, this is a large town in Italy 😂😂

The host was very friendly, the room was spacious & clean, the breakfast was really good and it was within walking distance from the palace. There was parking in the street available for free.

Everything was to my expectations. My boyfriend said he didn't like the mattress so much (you could feel the springs a little) , but I slept great. So that's a personal thing.

The hosts are a wonderful couple, who went the extra mile to support every need we had during our stay. They recommended great dining options, served nice fresh breakfast to us.

The shower is not up to standard. The shower head should be descaled to provide a more reasonable flow of water.

Excelente place where to take a break and take a rest. The room was perfectly clean, soo comfortable, so quiet, te breakfast was perfect and Rino and Oxksana are very nice and gentle person

Hosts were both very polite. They picked us up from the station and tried to cope with all our needs. Also breakfast cornetto was good!
