The room was a good size. Well appointed very clean and comfortable. It was 5 mins walk from the station and 10 mins to the Palace entrance. Very convenient as we arrived by train. Our host was very friendly and communication was excellent. We found an excellent restaurant (Il bistro Di Malu) a short walk away. We didn't use the breakfast voucher as we had to take an early train but cafe it was for look fine. This is a room in a larger building not a hotel so be aware of that.

The room was perfect but as it is near the station it not the most picturesque area of the town.

I had an exceptional stay at Residenza La Reggia and wholeheartedly recommend it. Gianpaolo, the owner, personally greeted me upon arrival, demonstrating his warm hospitality and excellent communication skills both before and during my stay. The property is ideally located just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Despite its proximity, the accommodation was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a relaxing environment. The unit itself is newly renovated with impeccable attention to detail. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything about the space felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was another highlight of the experience. The meal was delightful, and the Illy coffee added a premium touch to start each morning on a high note. Between its prime location, beautifully updated accommodations, and Gianpaolo's outstanding hospitality, Residenza La Reggia is a gem. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The door was not as soundproof as I would have liked it to be. But everyone became quiet at night, so it wasn't a big deal.

I can't recommend BnB La Reggia enough for anyone visiting Caserta. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality of Giampaolo and his wife. They went above and beyond, treating us with such kindness that it felt like staying with loved ones. Beyond their wonderful welcome, the B&B itself is fantastic: newly renovated rooms, impeccably clean, and with convenient, safe parking. The breakfast voucher for a nearby café was a brilliant, upscale start to our day. You'll feel incredibly well taken care of here.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment looks exactly as it was described on website, very spacious and clean. It is only short walk from the train station and Royal Palace of Caserta – excellent location. The host is super nice and friendly; they also serve breakfast – they give us a voucher to the nearby restaurant, and we had a cup coffee and croissants to start our day. We recommend this place to anyone who visits Caserta and looking for a nice place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay in this lovely room in Caserta! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the train station, the stunning Royal Palace, and the vibrant city center. There are plenty of shops and great restaurants nearby, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—exactly what I needed after a day of sightseeing. The host was welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed.

Rooms spacious and great decor. But the best part was the owner, Gianpaolo. The restaurant contracted for breakfast, Tres Farine, just around the corner, had excellent food also for dinner. He gave additional advice on other restaurants and navigating the city. After our two night stay turned into a week, he later drove us around for a quick tour and to show us his family's manor, also invited us to his room for wine, snacks, and conversation. But where he went above and beyond was that I was ill on arrival and after checking that my oxygen saturation was low he took me to a local doctor, pharmacy for a covid test (negative), and then to the emergency room at the hospital. (Turned out to be just a nasty respiratory virus that I got over a few days later). On being released after 6 hours he arranged the taxi to return us to his place. Unlike staying near Roma or Paris, very few of the Italians were proficient in English and we know a bit of French but no Italian. I don't know what we would have done without his taking charge of the situation. A truly amazing experience from a truly amazing man. In addition, the location was fantastic. A short walk from the Palace - a spectacular place that a number of movies including Star Wars have used, train station, and good restaurants. Anyone wanting to visit Naples, as we did two weeks later at the end of our trip, should consider staying here and taking the train into the city.

The property is recently renovated and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The decorations is also very tasteful. The property is perfectly located at 2 min walk from the station which takes you to Naples in 35min. The reggia of caserta is also a 5 min walk (which is stunning and impressive). Our host Gianpaolo was incredible! He was very helpful and always easy to reach if we had any questions. The breakfast was tasty (nice cornettos with different fillings (sweets or savoury). There are sooo many restaurants in Caserta and the city is vibrant during night and on the weekends. I sincerely recommend residenza la reggia, you have the best of two worlds, the tranquility of Caserta and the proximity to Naples. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Property is very central in Caserta, a minute walk from the train station. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Host was amazing, very friendly and easy to communicate with. He met me outside the evening I arrived to make sure I could find it, and stored my bags the last day when my train wasn’t until later in the afternoon.

The host was really nice and the room was beautiful. The host catered to our late check-in time and made other adjustments that were not necessary, but definitely nice to have. The place is beautiful, comfy, and close to attractions, food, and the train (to go to any other big city). It was a nice experience and was the best place we stayed in Italy. I wish I had stayed longer.

Gampaolo, the owner, was the added value. For our short stay he went above and beyond to make our stay in Caserta the best possible experience. The included breakfast at the bar not far away from the property was excellent!! We asked him for nearby supermarket and he asked what we needed, he gave us what we needed and saved us a trip! He also called a shop for us to check they stocked a special coffee my partner wanted. Truly lovely person and always wanting to help. The room was super clean too with all amenties and great location.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations!!
