We usually stay at the Talbot hotel but booked an apartment this year as we were travelling with a friend. The apartment is in an excellent location near the Talbot, the High Street and within easy walking distance of the Opera house. It was spacious, airy with splendid views from the balcony. It had everything we needed and was an excellent base for us in Wexford. We particularly appreciated having the second bathroom in addition to the ensuite in our bedroom.

One morning, the water was cold but the maintenance staff were on hand and sorted the problem immediately.

Position was good although we are a walking group and could cope with the walk to/from the train and buses, others less able could find it a bit far. Also handy for some good restaurants and bars, of which there are plenty to choose from.

Don't know whether it is a man thing but the bedrooms got very hot in the night and had to remove the duvet halfway through the night (this was not the height of summer!). There was no way to cool the rooms except by opening the patio door or the landing window without it being too noisy. The water pump was a bit annoying at night time. after using any water, the pump would run on and off for about half an hour. The bedrooms on the landing could get a bit noisy at times. In general this area of Ireland doesn't appear to have many walking trails, from our groups perspective.

We were very happy to come back here. These apartments are well maintained and there has been a lot of attention to detail to give us a great stay .

Very small detail - I would prefer a caffetiere rather than a pod coffee machine - don't want to buy pods that I won't use again. Some were a little tired ( eg ironing board was broken, which they replaced when I asked) but we visited at the end of summer and after a very large music festival and not a surprise that there would be some wear and tear

The apartments are in a great location. It's right beside The Talbot hotel and you have full use of their swimming pool and gym. We rented a two bedroom Seaview apartment. It was simple but tastefully decorated, clean, welcoming and comfortable. The parking in the multi storey car park was great, you could come and go as you pleased. That was free and on checkout day you could leave your car there until you were ready to leave the town. The town is compact and only a few steps away. There was lots to see and do in the locality. It's right above a TKMAXX shop. This is my 3rd time staying there between the apts and hotel. My 2 boys 15 and 11 really enjoyed it and we will return.

It would have been better if there were more television stations. Really great if you could access streaming services on the television.

We stayed in a two-bedroom courtyard apartment at Talbot Suites and it was absolutely perfect for our family with two little ones. The open-plan kitchen and living area was spacious and comfortable – ideal for relaxing after a busy day exploring. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Wexford, with everything within easy reach. Free parking in the adjacent multi-storey car park was ideal. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for more – we’ll definitely be back!

Minor thing but the turntable plate in the microwave was off balance as the piece it sits on had clearly been damaged previously. Just need to be extra careful if using it, but we managed fine.

I loved how spacious the apartment was. Location to wexford town was brilliant The car parking facility was very convenient I would recommend the apartments if you are sharing with family and friends, great value for money.

If I had to request a change it would be more towels. Although there is a washing machine and a dryer i really dont want to do jobs like that on holiday. I just want to relax completely whilst away. During our three night stay, we were given one small bath towel and one hand towel each. One extra set would be great.

The property was in an ideal location after travelling to Rosslare from Fishguard. We needed an overnight stay before heading to a wedding in Westport the next day. Communication was excellent from start to finish despite me missing a call as we disembarked. I was greeted by Alan as I was working out how to enter the car park . He was super friendly and helpful walking me to where I needed to check in and explaining exactly where to park in relation to the position of our apartment. Thank you Alan. All other staff I encountered were welcoming and helpful.

We stayed in a very generously sized 2 bedroom apartment. There was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out and having two bathrooms was great. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Great location on the quay and shops and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Special mention to Amber and Caoimhe on reception - they are both absolutely lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. We stayed in the apartment over Christmas while visiting our family close by and it was a perfect base for us.

The only thing that caught us out was the parking which cannot be accessed after 10pm. We had to park over in the Talbot hotel car park one night as we were shut out. It would also be good to have more information about recycling - we accumulated quite a lot of recycling and would have been happy to take it downstairs to a collection point to help get rid of it. Very minor points as the apartment was just great.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment for the weekend to attend the Opera Festival. The apartment was very spacious, and had all we needed (except I couldn't find a hairdrier) plus kitchen equipment, dishwasher etc that would have been great for a longer stay or a larger group. We were just sround the corner from the main street, and the Opera House was a very short walk. The premises felt very safe, access only to residents or staff, and I appreciated the very friendly reception staff.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival as well as throughout the stay. The property is ideally located on the quay with a stunning sea view. Parking in the adjacent multistorey carpark is included, as ewll as access to the hotel swimming pool across the road. The apartment was spotless, fully furnished, tastefully decorated.

a clothes horse/airer would be a good addition to the amenities as well as a an 11am checkout at no additional cost, although I understand why a 10am checout is standard.
