The breakfast was perfect and made to order, a large variety of options available. Fruit salad, yogurts, pastries, different choices of bread, including the lovely Irish homemade sodabread. Eggs cooked whatever way you wanted. A Full Irish, including black / white pudding too! We were also delighted by the restaurant menu in the evening. I had a lovely Seafood chowder soup, nice steak, also a very tasty duck another evening. Tge staff were friendly, attentive and very good value for money. We would recommend a stay. The golf course is very nearby also. Thank you.

There was nothing unlikeable about our stay.

Very comfy and snug place. Though there was a power outage planned in the area when we arrived the staff were very helpful and they did warn us of this a few days before via email (stating power would be back on shortly after we arrived and it was) because of this they suggested we could look for alternative accomodation if we preferred which we thought was very considerate of them. Also we only stayed one night and had to leave very early the next morning we had a quick breakfast and they made sure this was available for us very early before we left.

All good, the power outage was not directly the fault of the hotel. We were very happy with our stay there.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff were excellent. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We had breakfast 2 of the mornings and it was excellent with a great variety. We had 1 evening meal, and again it was excellent. Our 16 month old daughter was brilliantly looked after by all the staff, making sure she was happy.

I'm trying not to be harsh, but I did ask for a quiet room. There was renovations on the room next door which were very loud pretty much all day. It sounded like they were removing tiles from the bathroom. It does need to be renovated, or spruced up. The grey paint through out is dreadful. You can see every scratch, chip or bump through the whole hotel. But the staff and the quality of the food make up for it.

Room was nice. Beds comfortable. The location is very good. You can go for a walk down the street or to the beach. Good facilities in the community. Also access to a bus. Parking is adequate.

Continental breakfast as we left early. It had only melon with grapes as fruit. No other fruit. No boiled eggs or ham or cheese slices. The property and furniture is dated. The toilet in the ensuite is squeezed between bath tub and sink.

All the staff were really lovely to deal with, Reception, Night porter / concierge, bar staff. There was a major problem with car parking at Rosslare Harbour and the hotel allowed me to leave my car at the hotel for a few days and also helped me to contact a local taxi service, which I used for the 10 km or so trip to the harbour. Very nice bar food. Quiet location and I could easily have gone to the beach if I'd had time. This is a stretch of coast with beautiful beaches.

My bed was impossibly soft .... either the mattress was worn out or this is a 'comfort' choice. It didn't stop me from sleeping, but I like a firmer mattress. The room windows are tilt and turn: I would have said with this style of window, it should be possible to open the windows a crack at night for air but windows were stuck shut.

Stayed overnight coming off the ferry - very close by the ferry port. We were quite late arriving, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Best hotel staff experience I’ve had in a very long time. Honestly, can’t rate them highly enough: friendly, helpful, communicative, did everything possible to make us comfortable, and arranged food even though the kitchen was closed.

Decor is a bit dated. But the room was clean, and was good for what we wanted

Bathrooms could do with being updated. The water wasn’t hot in the showers. We booked a table for dinner and they had live music on but it was insanely loud. No need for live music to be up that loud in the bar/restaurant. The staff acknowledged this and were really nice but no idea why they wouldn’t just turn down the mic? All table around the live music moved to the other end of the restaurant. The musicians were good but would really recommend turning the volume down

Very nice and clean Bit tired round the edges but bed comfy and staff extremely welcoming and helpful especially as we arrived after check in time but few days prior to arrival reception advised us how to get hold of the night porter to check in at 12:30am Could do with turning the heating down a bit, but that was just a personal preference

The location is fantastic near the beach. The food was delicious we had dinner and breakfast thee. Staff were so helpful and also let you enjoy your stay which i loved. Cleaniness was excellent and also the nformation booklet was very helpful in the room.

The bed was not that comfy we found it difficult to sleep. The property in general could do with a fresh lick of paint. Also some colour would be nice as everywhere was grey outside, inside & the room.
