the apartments are very comfortable and give you a home away from home feeling that you don’t get with a hotel. the staff are all very friendly and welcoming too. the parking is a big plus with access directly to the rooms. we found it easy to get a space and didn’t see the carpark full for the time we were there. the location is great and you can walk pretty much anywhere in Hamburg.

the pool was out of order for an ‘indefinite’ period, it’s worth checking in advance if the pool is the deciding factor in this hotel. I’m sure it will be functional again in a matter of days but I was disappointed not to be able to make use of it.

The room was very comfortable. The airco (there was a heatwave) can be adjusted in the room itself. We had a small studio, which was comfortable and large enough to stay in for 5 days, with a little kitchen, a small couch and a good bed. Even the lights were fine, not glaring or too weak. The bathroom was very good, the best shower ever and enough space for your own things. There is a bakery and a supermarket two minutes walk from the hotel, and the room has a little table with 2 chairs.

We didn't try the breakfast as I think 20 euro p.p. is too dear. The showerdoor had no stop on the underside, so it made big puddles on the floor.

My friends and i stayed in this apartment hotel for the marathon, and it was the perfect location. Everything was in walking distance so that made it easy to go around! All 5 of us fit comfortably in the apartment, and the kitchen had all the utensils that you could require. Staff even allowed us to leave the car in the parking as we arrived much earlier than check in time so that allowed us to sightsee for a bit. Clean, comfortable & convenient is how best I would describe this hotel, and would definitely return

Overall very impressed with the quality of the experience for the price! Great Neustadt location walking distance to St Pauli, Binnenalster and the city center, but a quiet and peaceful hideaway. Balcony and nicely appointed kitchen made it feel like home. Generous bathtub and great water pressure. Lots of closet space. Pool and sauna facilities were truly above expectations too!

The bed was not super comfortable; a little too hard with scratchy linens.

Very well located for easy walk into town. Spotlessly clean. Appartment super comfortable and great bed. Black out curtains - hurray! Road is very quiet so good sleep guaranteed.

The overcrowded pool. The hotel should have designated adults only and family swimming times. The kids ignored the no diving. I am no spoiler but the pool is too small for this. And lovely parents just sit and watch oh isn't my darling sporty.....

Staff were excellent and very freindly. Location is a bit isolated but different public transportation methods are a few minutes walk. The indoor pool is great. Super clean. Breakfast is good. 10 min walk to a street with many cafes and restaurants

The two things I didn't like are that the restaurant is closed and that there are no English TV or Radio.

Great location, huge flat with excellent kitchenette- you could stay here quite a long while, but it worked great for a short break too. Supermarket nearby and the district is nice for a stroll. You get to enjoy a quieter, greener city than the more famous areas but it's very easy to access those areas too.

Excellent location in a quiet area close to the historic centre and river landings, very friendly and helpful staff and 24/7 reception service. Fully equipped rooms with kitchen facilities, washing machine and dryer. Comfortable bedding. Sauna and pool for relaxing on a rainy afternoon.

Quite expensive, especially 40 euros per day for a parking space in the garage seems a bit too much.

The Location was the main reason for our booking. The Breakfast was very good, the staff was helpful and friendly.

I did not like it that the front desk (around 6pm) was not helpful in helping us get a taxi. She told us to call a UBER. I don't use UBER. So we went out to the main street and flagged down a taxi. This was a bummer!! as it was beginning to rain.

We liked the location, possibility to park in garage. Groceries, bakery and restaurants are very nearby. City center and harbor situated 15-minute walk away. Apartment is perfect for couples and small families. Kitchen is well equipped, bed and pillows are soft, floors are covered with carpet and it’s so good under your feet :) Stuff is very friendly and cooperative!!! We recommended this place if you planned to visit Hamburg!
