Maritim Hotel Frankfurt

The room and location of the hotel is amazing. just within minutes of walking distance to the central train station. The confort and cleanliness of the place made this a very pleasant experience. There was wide choice of options available from the breakfast buffet, very tasty! The gym and pool facilities are great!

I had an issue with my safe that did not seems to work. I reported that to the receptionist(s) at least 4 times and was promised to get someone from the maintenance/technical team to come and look at it, no one ever show up. Each time there was a different person at the reception but was not aware of anything. (lack of follow up!) On the last day on my stay, I was offered to change room but it was not possible as I was leaving the next day. Second big issue for me was the lack of phone in my room, therefore I had to go down and queue at the reception which was a huge waste of my time!

Staffs were nice. From the receptionist, cleaners, waiters in the breakfast area and restaurant. I liked it because there's gym and pool which I used. The food selection for breakfast was also good.

You receive 3 door knocks everyday - for cleaning, coffee etc. It was quite disturbing if you're taking long sleep or nap. And they don't stop until you open the door. There are lots of available rooms but the reception put me in the farthest room from the elevator. It's like im walking for ages, I had to walk pass through all the rooms.

It was such a nice experience staying at this hotel. The location is great, and the view from our room was fantastic. We were lucky to have a room with a nice view to the Frankfurt Skyline. The breakfast was good enough, but it lacked of many alternatives. Also, the facilities were good. I saw a pool and a small gym on the 8th floor. This hotel is a great option to stay in Frankfurt,

Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to check in 1 hour earlier after a long trip to Frankfurt, so we had to wait that time at the restaurant by the lobby. By the way, the food in that restaurant was not good at all. Also, we had an awful experience on my last day there. I requested early that morning to extend my checkout for 1 hour till 1:00 pm. We decided to stay and rest in our room for a couple of hours, but suddenly at 12:15 pm, a very rude guy knocked on the door very loudly and told us to leave the room in a very discourteous way. That was a shocking encounter, and we decided to leave the room immediately. It must be better coordination between the reception staff and these employees to avoid these awkward situations.

Nice facility. I would not stay anywhere else in Frankfurt. Close to everything including Skyline Plaza Mall. Also there is a mediterranean restaurant called Zerafet on the south side of the Mall. The food, especially the Doner Kebab was awesome. Italian food we ve tried at Trattoria Wilma just a short walk towards hauptbahnof has also great location and service.

I did like the breakfast but my observation was that there is room for improvement for cheese and meat assortments. Crispy Bacon would fit great as well. I found the price a bit on the high side for what you get though. Afterall it costs 46 Euros for 2.

Very good connections from tram and U-Bahn. Good parking under the hotel in a shared car park with the conference centre. Parking a little pricey at €49 euro per day but this is outside the control of the hotel. It would be nice if a discount for parking could be arranged for hotel guests. Food in the cafe at the hotel was nice. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful even if initially they told me they don't have kettles until I pointed out it stated it in their room description. I would recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, breakfast and friendly staff. The adjoining family rooms were excellent. Overall the hotel was kept very clean. The secure lift system (keycard required to access bedroom floors) gave an added densens of security.

Parking pricey, but it is a major city centre and undrground, secure parking is expensive in any city. Reception can get conjested when large groups arrive. Maybe additional staff to handle enquiries from guest already checked in instead of having to wait for the very busy two staff to check-in the groups.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff where so kind throughout and could not be more helpful and welcoming. We upgraded to a skyline room for a view which was great very spacious and comfortable the beds where excellent and the room was well appointed and spotless. The hotel has a fantastic pool and leisure facilities. It's really easy to get where you want to go as it's extremely well connected with tram/S and U lines. The breakfast buffet was outstanding so much choice all top quality the juice bar and machine was a highlight for sure. Would definitely enjoy to stay again and wholeheartedly recommend

The room is very spacious, one of the windows can be opened and the bed is very comfortable, the swimming area is nice and relaxing, the gym have enough to do a simple workout.

Not exactly a complaint but would be lovely if they could keep a kettle for water and coffee in the room (at least mine doesn't have and I think that should be for everyone). One bottle of water per stay should be rethink as well. Small details that could turn the stay even better.

Lovely large, bright and spacious room. Excellent AC and nice view. Excellent location (Near Messe and Trains) 24 Hour vending machines that actually work! Good Food (I had a pleasant evening meal here)

Ive stayed here 4 times now. Reception staff tend to be very stuffy, disinterested, abrupt and not pleasant. Other staff are friendly and fine (I guess they are the ones earning the tips). Breakfast was exceptionally busy but worked well but lacked fried eggs, cooked bacon and hash browns (We got scrambled egg and sausages) No coffee or tea facilities in room

This was our second visit to Frankfurt and second time to stay at this hotel. It was just as good as the first time. Spacious room, modern reception area, clean fragrant environment to meet you on arrival. Great breakfast available, something to suit everyone's taste. Great location , a very short walk to the tram-line and underground. Less than 20 minutes to the airport. Hotel is perfectly positioned as far as the airport is concerned. Very pleasant, informative reception staff. We will be going back again to Frankfurt later this year and plan to stay at this hotel again.

Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room on arrival would be nice.

Loved how friendly the staff were! Absolutely amazing people. Breakfast was AMAZING. Just wish there were more hot food options. The swimming pool was clean!! Opposite to a tram station. Local to 2 shopping centres and attractions are mostly 10 minutes tram journey.

Our room was a little dirty as we stumbled across previous stayers' food under the bed as my son dropped his toy. The pillows were so uncomfortable, but other than that, overall it was a great stay.
