Myer's Hotel Berlin

The room was really beautiful, with many lovely accents and designer touches, like living in your own luxury apartment. The location is excellent- a little away from the busy city center, but only a short walk or subway ride to all the main museums and attractions. The breakfast was wonderful- fresh breads, fruits and vegetables and hot sausages and eggs. We also really enjoyed the staff, from the very helpful front desk people to the servers at breakfast and crew of people cleaning the rooms every day. My shower had a great water pressure and the hotel offered several different pillow options, which meant I slept like a baby.

The hotel is doing some renovations in the back, which meant that the back garden was temporarily closed. I hope to return when it’s open again, because it looks like a pretty area.

This delightfully historical and artistically decorated hotel is located in a lively, picturesque East Berlin neighborhood. In the evenings, there are families with children playing and young adults picnicing everywhere in a nearby park on a hill. This inconspicuous gem of a hotel is situated on a tree-lined, very quiet street. It is in easy walking distance of a wide range of ethic restaurants and cafes. The tram is very close by. The breakfast buffet was superb, the eating area is lovely, and classical music is piped in. And the staff were all friendly. As a solo traveler, I loved staying here.

I love to walk and avoid public transportation in order to see more of the neighborhood. This outstanding hotel is about a mile from Museum Island. The area between the hotel and Museum Island is not that appealing although I enjoyed the walk each of the 5 days that I stayed in Berlin. Also, this hotel is removed from crowds of tourists, so the mile walk is worth it.

Who knew there was an excellent boutique hotel in this lovely, in-demand residential quarter? 🤩 Gorgeous, renovated 19th century townhouse with luxe decor, impeccable service, and a lovely included breakfast in their wintergarten. We were upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely stunning with a parlor, minibar, bathtub and two rain showers. On request they can modify your pillows and put a comfortable mattress pad across the twin beds to make a double for a great night of sleep. Clarins products in the bathroom, good wine options, and lots of pleasant places to sit made the experience great. The location in Berlin is ideal for exploring Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, and it’s just above the noise and ugly Alexanderplatz while being walkable and central.

perfect winter stay. classic architecture and furnishings; near M2 tram; quiet street; nice breakfast buffet although coffee was a bit industrial tasting. nice staff. we loved it and had a lovely room. it fit our desire for a winter trip. Prenzlauer Berv is perfect snd glad we chose this locale. i suspect Myer is THE place to stay in this area and would definitely stay here again. On our last trip we stayed in Mitte. really glad we chose Myer Hotel and Prenzlauer this time!!! great restaurants within walking distance.

Location, staff and cozy common areas (lounge area, breakfast room). The hotel is walking distance from the city center (approx 20 mins from Alexanderplatz). Staff was very corteous and offered us a drink in the night to make up for the long wait at check-in (rooms were not ready due do issues with personnel).

The rooms feel old, stained carpet all over the hotel and in the rooms as well. Shower was half broken, hence difficult to use. Cracked sink in the bathroom. Not what you would expect in a 4 stars hotel

From check-in to check-out, I loved staying at Myer's Hotel Berlin. Great location in old East Berlin in a funky area. The room was exquisitely appointed, it was quiet and private. Close to cafes, funky small restaurants, wine bars, food and wine shops, and walking distance to Alexanderplatz. Great little pub across the road for late-night jazz and whisky. The hotel itself is full of charm and beautiful finishes. I recommend it highly to anyone coming to Berlin

Staff were nice and helpful. I have got the room before time. I came with a car and took me sometime to get know the parking system at the street, for that one need to install application . Breakfast was decent. Clean and comfortable room. The location is great and calm. There was an aircondition in the room.

I was surprised to open the windows cartons and find out that I am staring at a wall . A bit claustrophobic and during night had issues to get to sleep with one guest snoring and the eco came from that patio/wall space.

Hotel was very good decorated. A very good combination of classic and new where it matters. Our rooms were very clean and had a lot of space. Breakfast was fantastic, each day had new surprises. Staff was not only friendly but also cheerful. It was a delight to speak to them. Place of the hotel is very convenient: between Tram M2 and U-Bahn U2. Alexanderplatz is in walking distance. Last day we called an Uber and had to call a taxi, too. Taxi arrived in 2 minutes!

Shampoo and hair conditioner bottle replacement could be more generous. We had near-empty bottles and did not get new ones. Not a big problem tough.

every single thing I loved, every detail has been considered, it is creative, it is beautiful, there is not one single issue here it has been so well thought out that one feels immediately at home, welcome, valued, and the staff is terrific, I cannot process Hotel enough it is really an exceptional property, I have stayed in many five-star hotels that we are not this lovely and full of exquisite details.

There was nothing not to like it was absolutely perfect in every way, real jewel, a treasure and I would not hesitate to recommend it to every single person I now and I intend to!!!!!!

The front desk staff, especially Knut, Julia, Andre and Albina, went above and beyond with my myriad of requests and questions. The location is perfect; not too far from any of the major "attractions", very close to both the U2 and M2 (minutes walk) and within minutes of Alexanderplatz. This area, and this hotel, of Prenzlauer Berg feels like I'm home whenever I stay here. My absolutely favorite hotel in Berlin
