Max Brown Hotel Ku'damm, part of Sircle Collection

Great location! Walking distance to three railway stations and buses out the front. Downstairs is an all day breakfast restaurant called Benedict's. the food was great and people queued out the door waiting for a table. If you are staying at the hotel, they will call your room when a table is available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pictures of the rooms are accurate too. It is an easy walk to lots of different foods. I recommend a quick walk across the road for a cheap and delicious bite to eat at Falafel Jacobs! Jacob was very friendly and the falafels were fresh and tasy!

The WiFi signal was not strong on our floor. Better downstairs though.

The atmosphere with the retro look was lovely. The front desk lady was also super friendly. The fact that you have the benedict restaurant down its also a plus. And the rooms are super clean with comfortable beds. The location is not the best but you have access to the sbahn and the bus station just few minutes away walking.

The shower is way too small, was even difficult to wash my hair with both hands. the shower curtain was annoying as all the water would just pour out. If it wasn't for the shower, I would have given a 10 points review tbh.

2nd time I stayed at this hotel to meet up with my family (3x single rooms). The hotel is modern and well connected. There are a few nice restaurants nearby and the Ubahn is a short walk away. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and well designed, and the beds are very comfy.

For me the only thing missing in the rooms is a little fridge. There is a kettle in the room and some complimentary tea bags but it would be great to have a place to store some milk during the stay. The doors are operated with a traditional key instead of a key card so it can be quite noisy when neighbours return and lock the room from the inside at night, so perhaps this could be something to be modernised.

Reception was always ready to answer questions and to assist when and wherever they could. The reception area has to be negotiated across a busy breakfast restaurant and bakery but that's part of the fun. The room we had was a good size and was very comfortable. The bed is a SuperKing size and was also comfy. We even has a little balcony which would be lovely in Summer, less useful in December! Breakfasts are the big thing here. Served all day and extremely popular: people seemed to be queuing all day, every day. It meant that it was sometimes difficult getting a table ourselves, inspite of our residency. There is no booking tables so go early is the answer!

I would bet hard pushed to find a negative, though it would be nice to allow residents to book tables for breakfast.

Breakfast with several options Rooms are somewhat smaller, but neat and clean No issue with bed I liked the cleaning of room by hotel staff The front desk staff were polite and courteous. I, especially, would like to mention the name of Mr. Thomas, who had kindly upgraded me on my request

The restaurant time may perhaps be extended until 10 in the evening. It closes at 9PM. The basic utility items, like shaving kit, tooth brush etc. , may be provided in the bathrooms.

We enjoyed staying at the Max Brown Hotel Ku'damm with my friend. Our room was upgraded to a king size bed. The reception staff and other staff are extremely friendly and helpful, all speak English. The location of the hotel is great! It is centrally located, easily accessible, very close to convenient transport (buses, underground etc), in less than 5 minutes. There is variety of nice restaurants very close by, within few minutes easy walking distance. It is safe to walk at night to take dinner. There is plenty nice shopping close by, within 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel restaurant is amazing, with delicious meals, the waiters are amazing, all speak English. The hotel serves breakfast all day. They have their own bakery, with a variety of fresh bread, their croissants are delicious! The lines at the popular hotel restaurant are long. Tip: always make a reservation!

I liked everything about the hotel: the location, friendly staff, and easy access to restaurants, sight seeing, transport, shopping etc.

The location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Room was medium sized and spacious, bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The food was excellent and drinks were reasonably priced. Hairdryer in room was powerful. I requested a complimentary upgrade for my daughter and son in law who had recently got married and the hotel very kindly accommodated my request and also gave them a bottle of champagne.

Our room was next to the lift and staircase and was quite noisy as other guests came in when we were trying to sleep so I would recommend requesting a room away from that area.

The hotel is very cute, clean, and in a good, safe neighborhood. The train is accessible with a quick walk. We had a really nice stay here, would stay again.

There was no AC, but we had the window cracked open and the ceiling fan and it was fine. I don't think most hotels have / run ac. The restaurant on the ground floor is very aesthetic but the food is just ok. There's better cafes nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel,especially I must point out bed it was incredibly comfortable,heavenly good mattress!The room were cleaned every day also!And the hygiene products were with extremely good smell,probably I will buy body lotion as well soon!

Didn’t like that you can hear almost every move in corridor/conversation as the building is old I guess.And that the staff in Benedict restaurant when I go through it to elevator and the one administrator in hotel told me to put mask on the nose,I don’t do this actually for two years,didn’t get even ill one time,so people with weak immune system it’s your virus not ours.That was annoying,so because of that 1 point I take off.ps:The older man administrator were very lovely.

Staff is super friendly, efficient and helpful. The ambiance in lobby/breakfast restaurant Benedict is awesome. The rooms have the same allure and have the feel of an appartement in the city. Going around the city from this location is easy, public transport and taxi stand nearby and bike rental possible at hotel. Benedict for breakfast is also the best. No reservations possible, but no problem if you go before 9:00 am.

Toilet in bathroom sometimes difficult to flush. No airco in room, but ceiling fan. This was alright, but can imagine it won't cool down with a few hot days in a row. We were there in July.
