Hotel Seifert Berlin am Kurfürstendamm

It was absolute treasure for this value! Hotel was above expectations. Customer service was outstanding, there is no other hotel administrator as in this hotel. A man with a chic beard, You are doing work great! Unfortunatelly didnt ask Your name, but there is no other hotel in Berlin I want to stay anymore, just please do not quit this job! So friendly, helpful, emotional, empathic administrator. Very friendly breakfast kitchen staff. Wish you all good luck and hold the Seifert flag high!

a little fridge would be ok

Everything were excellent,, historical building converted to a hotel,, management staff Mr. Daniel and Ms. Lavenia were very friendly and cooperative, breakfast was very good , location is good there are many variety of shops and restaurants around, public transportation are close also, due to renovation there are no sign outside should be considered to the new comers.

No air conditioning and no frig. at the rooms make unpleasant in hot days,

Close to the centre (we walked everywhere and it was a great experience), but also to the underground and railway station, and a 15 minute walk to the Zoo, Aquarium, the park and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial church, which was one of my favourite spots in Berlin. Shops and restaurants are also available nearby. The room was sparkling clean.

The entrance and finding reception was a bit confusing at first.

very good location, a lot to discover all around. wonderful old building, impressive staircase, cosy rooms. very friendly and trustworthy staff.

the bathroom was a bit smelly, but it could be because of drainage. it didn’t disturb though

Friendly staff, location, old style building with nice balcony.

A fridge and some glasses would have been helpful to enjoy a cold Champagne on the balcony.

Its location was close to the center and markets. The breakfast menu was rich and varied to appeal to everyone. Room size was adequate and clean.

You cannot reach the reception floor directly by the elevator. It was right in the middle. This can be a problem for those who have heavy items.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

A bit unpleasant smell related to probably small plumbing problems in the toilet.

They style was great, the guy at the reception was super nice and helpful with everything we needed, will definitely visit again..

The parking was expensive but all of Berlin is the same so no complaining here.

The room was clean, bright, modern, same as on the pictures. Towels, hair dryer. Got an iron by request. It's worthy of its price. Very good location.

No fridge (not supposed to be), no water.

Excelente location. Beautiful old building. The recepcionists were incredibly nice and helpful.

The confort could be better. The cleaning of the bathroom could be better.
