Best Western Plus Hotel Regence

This is a clean, modern, well run hotel within easy walking distance of the Aachen Cathedral and other tourist sites. I liked it all. And here's a shout out to the desk clerk, who was very helpful and blessed with a great sense of humor. I won't put her name on the internet but she knows who she is.

This isn't a complaint but other travelers may find it helpful. Even with the directions provided by the hotel, the hotel's parking garage was hard to find due to the confusing streets in Aachen--although it's only a few hundred meters from the hotel. I solved the problem by inputting its address into my Garmin. Smart phone mapping programs would work just as well if you have cell service in Germany (I don't).

The hotel was in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere. We arrived in the morning and could use the parking straight away and were allowed to leave our car there for a few extra hours the next day. When we arrived the room was not ready yet, but when we came back a few hours later they had already put our luggage in the room for us, which was great service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but nice and had everything we needed.

The bed was quite narrow and not too comfy but overall the room was fine.

Very helpful receptionists, nice breakfast, room very clean and recently refurbished. Very quiet (with windows closed) despite location near bus station. Short walk to centre.

The double bed was actually two singles pushed together; they tended to move apart! I understand this is the norm in Germany but I think a double would be more comfortable!

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff and the Location . We are satisfied🌹

The room was very small and the most important thing that was unclear was that we had to take the water bottle down to the reception to be refilled. I myself am a hotel manager, so I also notice small flaws. Please iron one of the pink ones in room 410:)

An absolutely brilliant lady on the reception desk (blonde) who could not have been more helpful. She is a credit to the company and the attention she gave would make you want to return. Secure parking was available as indicated. the location is short walk to the Alt Stadt centre and the shopping area.

Breakfast was expensive compared to local cafe options.

The room was small, but the sower was excellent. As long as the bed is good and I can have a good shower, I'm happy. Bed: 8/10 Shower: 10/10 Breakfast is somewhat expensive for what you get. Parking at the hotel is not something for big cars or inexperienced drivers. There is a parking garage around the corner for €12 a day.

super friendly staff, very clean and quiet rooms though located towards the main street. super comfortable beds, air conditioning. Very convenient location, a few minutes to the city center / old town and 200 m to the bus stop to the CHIO. Public affordable parking very nearby as the Hotel parking was full booked.

we really liked our stay, attending the CHIO, though the price during this special period was a little bit high.

The room was very clean, and the stuff allow us to enter the room in advance of the check-in time to drop the backpack. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes away. The parking service is also very convenient.

The bed wasn't the best. Pillows were different for me and my partner and the bedsheets were too short for the bed. A bit below standards for a 4stars hotel.

Quite a modern and freshly renovated hotel. Centrally located. Clean and comfortable rooms. We got two connected rooms for a family with two kids. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was very good, tasty, and nicely served. Personnel of the hotel was friendly, attentive, and test to support. The hotel has an underground parking 3 min walking distance.

Rooms size was quite small Breakfast looked great but we didn’t take it because it was quite expensive Parking was 8 Euro extra per night Á lot of rooms face Peterstrasse which has a lot of traffic…we asked for a room facing the back and that was 20 Euro extra per night
