Campanile Orléans Centre Gare

The Staff is fantastic, very friendly, professional and friendly. All the receptionists are so dedicated. I cannot remember their names but all the ladies and men at the reception are so good at their job. At the breakfast, they also have a friendly and very professional waitress named Mina. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, very close to the station but also short walking distance from restaurants and city sights. The room and bathroom were both a good size for the price.

We had a triple bedroom next generation. It's a renovated room that ticked all the boxes of my internal quality sheet. It's clean, quiet, nice bathroom, comfy beds and even a water heater to make yourself some tea or coffee. The breakfast is also fine in the Form of a buffet. We enjoyed it here. The location is superb. You practically fall into the road that leads to all the relevant places in the city. The reception was also nice when we were there. One thing however that's a bit tricky is when you have a car. There are bumps that only lower oneself after you call the Metropole reception and tell them you've reserved a Hotel room. That could be indicated more clearly in the beginning or maybe already when you book as an important info. Albeit for me all in all 8 stars.

The receptionist who gave us directions by phone from the station. All the staff was helpful and friendly. As my husband's PC was left behind they went out of their way to call us. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. Thanks to the luggage service we could fully enjoyed the one day sightseeing of the city.

The noise of a certain machine all the time. It was more annoying as we went to bed. It was very cold. We did not find an extra blanket. My husband did not bother the reception.

The staff was so very welcoming, we had a lovely time there. The hotel is well located, near the train station and 5mins walk from city centre and all restaurants around.

Breakfast is ok but it would have been great having scramble eggs/ sausages too.. Clean room but the corridor smells a bit..

close to the centre - literally 5 minutes away from Place de Martroil. excellent tram links. Hotel was super clean and beds the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel ever.

No parking but no unexpected in centre of town. saying that, 10 euro for 24 hrs parking available just 500 metres away. Cannot complain at all about anything.

Nice location in the center

If you book breakfast apart you pay more then 11 euro. For this price i expected someting more. There were no eggs at the breakfast , no tomatoes, cucumber or other vegetables. And at 9.30 the pancakes were dry and the bacon was finished.

It's location and the facilities in the room. They even have an electric kettle in the room!!

Noisy wood floors and thin walls. I could here the room above walking and showering.

Loved the location. Easy to everything you would need. The hotel is dated but it is spotless!

Hooks on the backs of the doors would be great for adding additional space. The pillows though the pefect firmness were far to small!

The hotel is in front of the station. The room was clean and it had all the necessary. You are also near the city centre. You can leave your luggage without problems
