Odalys City Lyon Confluence

The staff very friendly. 24/7 desk. Close to 2 main Tram lines and to the main train station with a connection to the Metro system. The room is well isolated from any noise. It has an electric shade for a complete darkness and silence. It's an apart hotel, so there is a small kitchen with everything you need. The price is low, and the value for money is wonderful. If you only need a good place to sleep and rest in the noon, it's perfect. The bathroom is big and convenient. The bed is a standard (small) double bed. I wish it was a bit bigger. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I don’t know how good the 12.50 euros breakfast is. We had a coffee and pastries for few euros in one of two close artisan boulangeries. More than enough for us.

Come on guys. I can understand the need to leave the room clean. That's fair. But asking me to deposit 200 euros to force me to throw the garbage at the end of the stay is ridicules.

- nice apart-hotel and apparent student residence in the new neighbourhood of Confluence. - excellent location near a large shopping center and within walking distance of the Confluence Museum. - quiet neighbourhood. - modern premises, spacious bathroom, clean and functional overall. - excellent price / quality ratio. - 24 / 7 Reception.

- even if the apartment was a Suite Confort advertised as up to 4 guests, the reality is that once the two sofa beds were deployed there was zero remaining surface area. - a single elevator used by both guests and cleaning team generated constant waiting queue. - we did not make use of the swimming pool, located in a separate building.

Helpfulness of staff. Spotlessly clean rooms, brilliantly designed to offer maximum storage and convenience. Good bedlinen. Balconies.

Because parts of the property are student accommodation it sometimes felt a bit "regulated". Swimming pool disappointingly small.

loved that was a quiet area good, great breakfast service the receptionist from Georgia was so amazing & helpful, I even went to the wrong hotel in Lyon 8 she managed to get my booking transferred from the the Odalys, she saved me from so m

The room was clean and comfortable

The two pillows provided for a couple were thin and inadequate. When I asked politely for extra pillows the receptionist had to pass the request to her supervisor who subsequently refused. As a consequence we had to buy two pillows for our use from a local market.

Pool I didn't use but looked at and the gym. Looked great. Room massive and had mini kitchen and shower was great too. Location half decent near main train station and where the bus station is where my coach from Geneva stopped - under 15 moon walk

Price was not that cheap, however, not unreasonable. Lighting was a bit weak

I understand the concern about the planet, but im greatful for the good weather we had this week. I wouldnt have been able to handle proper summer heat without aircon.

Clean, safe, in a good location in the city, and the kitchen is good. Close to the confluence museum. Close to both rivers. Close to Lidl and Carrefour markets.

There was limited toilet paper for 4 people for four days. There was internet but you had to enter the password every time.

Close to local facilities and travel links. Walking distance to many attractions. Secure parking. Hotel facilities good.

No seating on balcony. Breakfast overpriced and staff did not replenish the dishes when asked.

Amazingly friendly stuff on reception! Nice location not 15 minutes away from the train/bus station, not far from the city center. Everything required is available in your room or upon request. Spacious balcony.
