The breakfast was fine. Would have been nice to have granola, but there was a seed mixture that went well with yogurt. Good selection overall. My phone fell out of my pocket the day the taxi driver dropped us off at the hotel. The gentleman working the reception desk called the taxi company and he said they would return it in a few hours. It was not returned, but in the morning Cathy was working the reception desk and she called the taxi company and was insistent they return it. I had my phone in less than an hour. I really appreciated her initiative.

All is good with this hotel. Great location and rooms are always clean. Breakfast is always excellent. In addition, although it doesn't belong to the hotel, the car park below it is well priced for a city centre car park.

Nothing really springs to mind. The room sizes are ideal for one person, however the lack of hanging space for clothing could be an issue if you do not travel lightly. One other minor issue is that there is satellite tv but very few channels available in other languages. The sport channels are all unavailable.

The buffet breakfast was of somewhat limited in selection but of fantastic quality! No issue there. The hotel has parking nearby, it is centrally located, clean rooms, comfortable, and quiet.

I was the only one in my party to find that the pillows were just "ok", the others had no coplaint (I like denser pillows).

located in the centre, very comfortable, nicely presented. breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices and our winner was freshly made orange juice!

we first struggled with the parking, however found that charges are not extortionate and it’s located near the hotel. Only the signage when getting out of car park to the hotel could have been clearer - but that could have been due to our tiredness in the middle of the night. the parking is also very secure

Rooms looked new and were very clean. Staff were super friendly.

Breakfast was very good, but there were no eggs. Rooms didn't have air conditioner, which may be a problem if it gets very hot at night. The windows were fairly big, so if it is a cool night the temperature in the room will be OK.

Room was a little on the small side but as expected and adequate, with all necessary facilities. The breakfast was excellent value and very good. Staff really friendly and helpful.

As mentioned above the room was a little small, but this was anticipated from the comments of others. Everything else was fine.

It was a bit noisy at night, but it is city centre so I expected that. That’s the compromise for being near shops and bars. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was smooth. Room was quite large by French standards Breakfast was typical French style lots of breads and cheeses They held our luggage Staff were very helpful and spoke English quite well.

Good facilities and location. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

The front desk people were wonderful but Antoine was over the top helpful! He helped us In many ways! And his recommendations were excellent! Merci Beaucoup Antoine! Good job Ibis Styles!
