Hotel Astrid Caen centre

Hotel with excellent location, easy access to the main tourist attractions of the city, restaurants and bars. Breakfast is taken at the scheduled time in the room, it was very varied, tasty and very much met expectations. Great bed, new facilities in the bathroom, renovated, excellent shower - hot and good pressure. Service at reception was very friendly and helpful. It far exceeded our expectations.

We booked very last minute online, because our trip went a bit different than expected. We were welcomed by a really nice man that even upgraded our room because a better one was still available. Everything was very clean and comfy. The location is perfect: walking distance from everything you need in the city center. We also loved the breakfast!

I enjoyed my stay very much! The room was very small, even for a budget hotel, but it didn't really bother me since I was only there to shower and sleep. Room was clean and quiet. It was a little weird that you leave your key at the front desk when you leave the hotel for the day, but the location felt safe.

I'm glad we chose to stay at Hotel Astrid because the team were so welcoming and helpful. We felt safe here. The location was brilliant - easy walking distance to most of the main attractions in Caen as well as bars, restaurants, and the city centre. Great transport links. The rooms and linnen were extremely clean. Beds were comfortable.

Good size room for a solo traveller. Room was comfortable and in excellent condition - looked new. All the facilities in the room were excellent - bathroom, TV, lighting. Great location with restaurants and bars only a few minutes walk. There's a tram stops very close by. The manager/ owner was very helpful.

Perfectly located to explore the city. The hotel provided many local food suggestions that were great. The rooms are a nice size and very clean. They have been modernized and it's all been very well taken care of. I'd happily stay here again on return and would recommend it.

This was an excellent hotel in a central part of the city. Walking distance from the downtown area with great options for eating and entertainment.

The bathroom was a bit cramped but nothing out of the ordinary for a European hotel.

The hotel's location was central, next to the main sightseeings,bars and restaurants. The hotel manager was super kind and smiley, the room was clean and the breakfast very "french" and fresh. We are satisfied
