- very nice staff, always here to answer questions and help - the homemade food proposed at the restaurant was great and always a good talk with the restaurant staff. - a big free parking with good access to the motorway nearby - hotel clean and mostly soundproof - good quality wifi included

Two days and nights at this hotel, before New Year's. It's a great choice if you're traveling by car. We liked: 1. Service When booking the room, I made a special request. The hotel responded positively right away. I also requested a quiet room. They gave us one at the end of the corridor, far from the elevators, perfectly silent. The personnel is very kind and polite. 2. Free parking Easy to arrive, easy to park. When you want to visit the center of Aix it's an easy drive and there are underground car parks on every corner of the historic city center. 3. Comfortable room Ok, the hotel's interiors are not wonderful - but they don't promise you that. It seems that all French hotel chains use the same suppliers of budget furniture, so I don't expect a designer experience. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the large bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, and natural light through windows that you could open to get some fresh air. You could adjust the room temperature independently. 4. Cardio gym (a bonus surprise) If you're a runner the gym is a nice bonus. I didn't notice it until the second day so only used it once. The area is not nice for running or walking so the treadmill is a better option. The gym has no weight training machines or free weights. We're not big breakfast people so did not try the buffet breakfast (was not included). We had a relaxing stay, will book this hotel again if we return to the area.

The only essential thing that was missing in the room was the safe.

easy access. Good carpark. Nice walk or stroll into town centre. Bus stop close by. Excellent shower. Hot & cold drinks available at the bar all day. Very friendly & approachable staff. Tree view (even though in a suburb). Windows when closed blocked the autoroute noise. Lifts. Room is on the small side but the measurement is stated when booking so no problem, still enough storage space, just less floor space.

No electric sockets next to bed. No tea/coffee facility in the room, not a complaint, more of a suggestion.

everybody was friendly and welcoming. We stayed here as our base to visit Provence. The hotel is a 20 mins walk into Aix Centre however there's also a bus stop a 2 mins walk away. Can't fault this hotel at all and would definitely recommend.

We liked everything

Very friendly staff and we were given a junior suite with a separated room with sofa, tv and desk. Only 30 minute walk to the centre of Aix. Very close to a main road but well insulated and we were given a room facing the other way. Large car park.

Hard to think of anything apart from we could hear the lift shaft occasionally

Great location close to Aix (a walk or short taxi ride) with lovely pool area, comfy beds and air-con. What really made our stay exceptional though was the staff, so friendly and helpful - thank you everyone :-)

The rooms are a little bit on the small side but not really an issue when you're at the pool all day or out exploring.

The location is very convenient to get the bus # 4 that drive you direct to Downtown Aix just in 10 minutes , the customer service excellent , the areas very confortables , the Terraza and the pool area very cozy and the lavandas around are gorgeous , the soap in the bathroom delicious and the breakfast are wonderful high quality products, the night waitress gave to us excellent and cordial service.

The towels it no was high quality Comparison with the Hotels service.

Very good location - just a few minutes away from the motorway and about 25 minutes walk to get into the centre of the old town. Comfortable room. Nice pool area and sun terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing really, it was all good.

I loved everything about the hotel. Good location, nice staff, the swimming pool is cool. Bed was comfortable. Badrooms were also very modern and nice, and had products from Rituals, which we loved.

The restaurant was very good except Tuesday 22 June. They had a different chef and food was very very very bad. This would have been a prefect place for "kitchen nightmares" with Gordon Ramsey.

Friendly staff, lovely pool area, great bar and comfy beds.

Some of the housekeeping was sloppy, and it took 3 requests to get a light bulb changed.
