Hôtel Le Mozart

The helpful staff on reception - we arrived early and the receptionist went to see if the room was ready. She offered free parking on the forecourt or a place in the underground garage, as agreed, for 10Euro. Cleanliness, comfort, helpfulness in finding our way around - we were in town for eye surgery, and had all the help we needed to find our destination. Also help in finding good eateries in the evening. Breakfast was fresh, varied and more than adequate - the fig bread was particularly delicious!

The size of the room, maybe. There was little room to move around the double bed. It was impossible to open the bathroom door and the wardrobe door at the same time. A cheerful information leaflet would have been welcome in the room as we had forgotten what time we'd been told breakfast was...

We liked everything. Hotel Mozart was a very pleasant surprise. Located just a few minutes walking from the city center, it’s a lovely hotel with a very nice atmosphere. The room was clean, well maintained and was equipped with all we needed, including a kettle and tea/coffee. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. They went the extra miles to make our stay pleasant, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the hotel also has a little garden, where you can seat and have breakfast if the weather is nice. All in all, excellent value for money, especially for Aix-en-Provence. If I were to go back I would like to stay at hotel Mozart again.

The hotel it's very pleasant, with comfortable rooms with balconies, nice indoor plants/decoration, and a terrace for outdoor breakfast. The breakfast it's relatively simple, but fairly priced, as are the prices in general. I must highlight the staff, which are all very sympathetic and mostly speak good English. It's not exaclty in the city center, but in a quiet and calm residential neighborhood, which is great for sleeping.

There aren't restaurants or stores nearby, but if your have no problem walking 10-15 minutes to get to them, it's not an issue.

Location was excellent and breakfast was very good.

There was no electric kettle in the room. When I requested one at reception, they told me they didn’t have one. Tea making facilities would have made it super especially as I had taken my own tea, coffee and milk!

The location is convenient to walk to the town center and leave the car at their parking, they have an exterior parking, free, and a garage where parking has extra cost.

The room was quite small, which made it difficult to.move around the bed.Still ok for 1 night, maybe less pleasant for longer stays however

Very handy if you are driving. Easy to get in and out of town. There is limited parking in front but I think they have a garage. It is a short walk into town so excellent location. The rooms are very small and modest but not expensive either. The fridge and working desk was handy and the room (at the bacK) was quiet and private. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.

No complaints really.

Room very good, breakfast very good with the option of eating alfresco when weather permitted. Great parking available for any guests with a car.

Didn't like such a late check-in time of 4pm! However that was balanced with later check-out. Didn't like the two short flights of steps at the entrance, a relatively minor problem, but could be a deal breaker for some if physically compromised.

Staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable with nice decor and a small balcony to relax in the evening. Location was great for visiting Aix en Provence and surrounding areas. Breakfast was available and generous. Will stay here again if I'm lucky to return to this beautiful region.

Only one very small thing - the air con was a little bit noisy at night abd was needed in this season. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very fiendly and helpful staff. I could get three contracts from clients printed here, later after I had signed them, they scanned them and returned them to me without charge. An other extra benefit was that we could get our Electrical car recharged over night, free of charge in their indoor garage, though parking there was charged 10 Euro/day. Everything here, super clean, super nice, and good advices for sight seeing.

The location is great, very close to the old town. Breakfast was lovely and inexpensive. The room was spacious and the balcony was very nice to have on a hot summer evening.

The parking is listed in the benefit but there are not enough spots for all clients. If unavailable, you can park in the garage for £10. Still convenient but we expected it would be free for all customers of the hotel from what we had read in the description.
