The Three Corners Rihana Resort El Gouna

It was a very good experience ,the hospitality, quick check in, very nice pools with slides , and good things for entertainment like animation shows and karaoke , nice speed trip , calm beach with kayak and beach kids area. Also, the location is very close to the Gouna Downtown Also, the hotel has a good accessibilty for the baby strollers and wheelchairs i Finally the variety and quality of food in all meals are the most satisfying thing in the hotel.

I didn't like the House Keeping and Room Service at all and also there were some issues about the rooms as the comfort room is very small with no space at al and the shower is opened with no door So we changed the room to the premium room it was much wider but the furniture was too old and the shower room was without any cabin and therefore the water came inside the room

end time of pool location on Google maps is wrong and we had to write it in Arabic on google maps to reach the hotel,it is correct in Arabic

The food was a lot better than last year, back to the good quality that drew us to the hotel years ago. Staff are mostly cheerful and helpful The newly refurbished rooms are beautiful

Snacks were very limited both in variety and availability. Noticeably more effort to upsell you services that are not included. The newly refurbished rooms have major design flaws, like not having a shower curtain in a twin bedroom! The animation team are less active that usual. The housekeeping staff are forgetful, every day there is something missing: no fresh towels, no toilet paper, no water, no change of bedding...etc

the staff are very friendly check in took few minutes the pool was great and always very clean rooms were very clean and housekeeping was very good the food was good most of the time and always have a lot of options

The location from google maps was not accurate. we spent more than an hour trying to reach the hotel via google maps but we arrived to the wrong place till we asked the security guys in the street to show us the directions i was under impression that the hotel is beach front but I discovered when I arrived that it has a lagoon and i need to reach the beach by a boat

Gardens are beautiful and well taken care of. Animation is lovely. Food variety are good. Thursday night BBQ dinner was amazing. Reception staff are very helpful.

The aqua needs renovation. Kids pool are too small, they are for kids till 3 years old maybe. And there are no heated pools, especially for kids 4 years to 9 maybe who were freezing at the pools. There are no snacks for the kids anywhere at the property till 4 pm (only available at one place). There was a dangerous show directly after kids mini disco show, which was weird and I had to take my children away.

Overall, it was good - the pools and food. Special thanks to Mr. Michael in the reservations team for his support in modifying the booking, regardless of the final outcome. It's a big place with many pools, including one aqua pool for kids. The food is very nice with different options available throughout the day. There are lots of activities every day, and the hotel is always bustling with people - you can feel the vibes clearly once you enter.

The reception team is usually busy for the big numbers of guests. The room service is not responding quickly to room requirements, such as providing slippers, bathrobes and iron machine. Another issue is that ants are common in the rooms, especially if any food is left behind. Furthermore, the daily activities and parties are not well announced, making it difficult for guests to participate. Additionally, some staff members at the outside pools appear uncomfortable if you order drinks more than once, even though they are included for free in the all-inclusive package.

Nicoles Garden House breakfast certainly made a difference for me compared to the main breakfast area! The quality of the offering, as well as the setting and design of the place, left its mark on you. it is the only place where I can have fresh juice daily as well as with an available barista to make fresh coffee. the staff were very helpful and friendly. Another restaurant, Chez Pascale, was amazing as well for dinner! Finally the hotel has an adequate gym!

Our room felt kind of oldish and cramped in terms of space for a family of 4. However, the location was great and right in front of the kid's pool area.

Everything was great, staff are very welcoming, pools are amazing and water slides are joyable for kids and adults too, barbecue night was wonderful, food is delicious and lots of varieties. we had two premium rooms interconnecting with Lagoon View which was amazing room 4106&4107

Everything was amazing and everyone is very welcominng and generous, except for getting water bottles to the room where they were very strict with getting two small bottles per room per day where after I complained they got us three bottles instead of 2 which was very ridiculous I am on all inclusive rate and it is just water !!!

Hotel was so nice and perfect location, 2 minute walk to downtown Gouna. Reception staff very friendly and accomodating. Cleaner Hany Aziz always doing such a good job! In buffet, Saher was always making us feel so welcome, even teaching us some Arabic. In Lagoon Bar, Ahmed always joking with us and making us smile. Galaxy Spa was so amazing, very good atmosphere and very hard working team. Receptionist at the spa was so, so wonderful, really lovely man, speaks amazing English and his kind words always made me feel like a queen. Highly recommend Basma to do your massage, she is very good at her job, she has magic hands! She also speaks good english. Also the animation team was very friendly and work hard to keep guests entertained. It was so nice to see bellydancing and tannoura at the hotel and have the chance to try it too. I really enjoyed my stay in Rihana Resort and I recommend it so much! Thank you to everyone there. Shokra gedan!

I loved everything about the resort and the staff from inside the resort. The only thing I can suggest to improve is sometimes the people who work in the shops in the bazaar can be rude and very pushy to get you inside to buy something. But this happens everywhere in Egypt, it's not about Rihana. I just suggest to Rihana to talk to them to understand foreign guests don't like this kind of business.

The hotel location, vibes, animation team and food are excellent I enjoyed my time in peanuts bar at night with the music and drinks, but the all inclusive drinks finishes at 12 AM which is too early

My husband was stung from a jelly fish in the lagoon and there was no first aid, the doctor in the clinic asked for EGP 500 to say the medicine name The weather was horrible in August but this is not the resort's fault, maybe they just need to add fans all over the place
