Beach Albatros Resort - Hurghada

It is the second time we stayed in the Beach Albatros resort in 2023. We liked the vacation in February and came back in November. We thought the hotel cannot become better, since it was close to perfect but actually it can! First of all, WiFi has improved! Of course it is not as fast as it can be in Europe but with some patience I could even watch movies. Food was super good in February and it also improved. Bread became much better and food is not as salty as it used to be. Every day you can try something new. I liked meat dishes very much. The cleanliness is exemplary! The room service is excellent: bed sheets and towels are changed every day, floor is also mopped. There are always fresh flowers in the vases and even in the toilets. I was pleasantly impressed about the new gym! It was a pleasure to exercise there every day. You could also play volleyball, tennis or mini golf. All personnel are friendly, motivated and happy to help. I would specially like to thank Hazim to organize a non-smoking territory around kids pool. Mini-disco at 8 pm is very energetic and entertaining for children!

Egypt is a smoking country and unfortunately many guests are smoking. My wish is to have kids area completely smoke free. And preferably to have some areas in the restaurant outside, where non-smoking people can enjoy their time without breathing any smoke. If the management is willing to invest and have more things for kids, I would recommend to have a few trampolines installed. I noticed one kids room, which is unfortunately closed but has some things for children. It would be cool to have it open from time to time. There is a photo service at the hotel. I would not recommend it, since people there are not very professional.

First of all, I liked the staff of the hotel. housekeeping Kirolos was very nice, always friendly, and helpful. Manager Maria was also very friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to the chef in one of the restaurants. He has steamed veggies, especially for my son. Second, Check-in was very fast and the room was very spacious and clean with a nice view. Third, Is the number of restaurants and pools. Every day you can go to the new pool and eat in the new restaurant.

The beach was not clean. Plastic bags and ropes were in the water and on the sand. I saw staff try to clean it, but unsuccessful. 2. Food for kids is not enough. every day just pasta and French fry. I would like to see there at least oatmeal in the morning. Also, the food in all restaurants is pretty much the same every day. Delicious and has many options, but it is the same food every day.

Wifi everywhere, the rooms are spacious and clean, the quality of food is fantastic

The beach was over crowded as some other albatross hotels use the same beach. You cannot swim freely without bumping into other people

Location, beach was easy to go into sea, sand, very clean, spacious, room comfortable, Tennis, Billiard, breakfast was great and have good bread

Overall food for lunch and dinner was not great, but you can see they really try ...

The staff was excellent. The rooms were nice size. Activities were super organized and the property was kept very well. Security is also very good. It had a lot of activities to do as well

I didn’t like that the pool and beach closed at 5~6 pm and some pools also closed mid-day for servicing for a whole hour.

Everything was wonderful, the beach was so clean and sandy. beach facilities are great. Food is top. Mediterranean restaurant in the hotel offered us a special and unforgettable evening. The staff is incredibly kind and offer support all the time without the need to ask. Many thanks to the whole team. Special Thanks to Mr Tamer for his kind support.

Resort was great, clean with nice big rooms. There was plenty of food and snacks throughout the day. We loved their selection of coffees in one of the bars. Pools were also fun and Aqua park is a great bonus.

We only stayed for a few days but I guess in case you are staying for a week or more, the variety of food could be better. Also, soundproofing is not the best so if you have loud neighbors, it’s not good.

1- since I enter the hotel they welcome me as booking genius customer either warm great hospitality and try to solve any problem I face . Thank you again Mr .mahmoud in guest relations your support to solve all my problem 3- atmosphere very cozy and warm with many activities on the beach and swimming pool 3- quality of food is very nice 4-value f money equal to service I get and more 5 - they have here many restaurants but Mediterranean restaurant are very special and unique !! You must try it Guys 6 - thank you for front disk that they was very helpful and help me in check in quickly I didn’t take much time as usual in same round resorts well known . 7- thank you Mr. Waleed food and beverage manager. For caring so much about anything I want . Sure I will come again soon .

1-Some noise for the stuff in my floor and talk loudly 2- suppose as genius level 3 and more I should have clipper in my room and robe after shower

Beautiful clean resort , clean rooms , comfortable beds and pillows the size of the room is good , we had sea view and it was perfect. The resort is only 15 mins to Senzo Mall and 10 mins to Hurghada international airport, and 25 mins to Hurghada down town. ( by car ) Friendly and helpful staff always smiling 😊 and ready to fulfil your needs on the spot. Pools were awesome specially the heated one. Beach is amazing well organised with crystal clear water and has a beautiful spot for snorkeling at the end of a bridge . Animation team are fun and makes a lot of effort to create an enjoyable environment for guests. We had an excellent amazing time we will definitely come back again 🥰 Thank you Beach Albatros Resort.

Food , is OK but it needs more improvements in quality specially the lunch and the dinner.

I love going to hurghada every year for my vacation and this year i was lucky enough to choose beach albatros resort, from the start everything was perfect, the reception staff was highly professional and polite and greeted us with the warmest smile and i want especially to thank miss Haidy for her help during check in, the rooms were nice and clean with a great view to the pool and sea, the restaurants were amazing the food was exceptional and you will find food for your taste, I especially enjoyed the dinner in Culina restaurant and the ala carte restaurant is a must try during your visit. The beach was amazing i enjoyed relaxing and snorkeling, my son enjoyed the kids pool and the hotel has 2 slides along with a surfing and they very nice, lots of things to do in the evening as well there are truly some nice shows and you can play mini golf, pool or just sit in the hotel’s many lounges and bar and enjoy some refreshing drinks. Finally i want to thank all the staff in the hotel that made this holiday very special from the waiters, housekeeping , the life guards in the aqua park and especially i want to thank Mr. hazem shehata F&B manager for all of his sincere efforts to make sure that we enjoyed our vacation. Truly it’s a vacation we will never forget and will be waiting to come back again to the hotel
