Helnan Landmark Hotel

The hotel is strategically located in New Cairo. It's one of the best options if you are looking for a business accommodation with a professional style. I was lucky to receive an amazing room upgrade and I appreciate a lot their lovely initiative. The hotel is cozy and neat and the breakfast is good. It's my second stay and will remain my favorite choice for accommodation in New Cairo area,

I don't recall facing any issues, so I have nothing to complain about :)

Not friendly staff at all especially when we requested a complimentary gift from reception he said we only offer fruits and they sent a very small fruit bascket and they made us pay fully upon arrival ! And refused to have us pay when we checked out like every other hotel in the world. When I called the hotel and was asking about the facilities and asking about details the man on the phone told me “Thank you for calling”, while I was still talking and almost hung up on me! Also I requested from him to put my senior parents in pool view and still he gave them city view! This was a gift from us to our father turning 70 and our parents’ 45th anniversary and he refused to send even a cake to their room!

Breakfast was super great, room is spacious. hotel has a nice sushi place.

noise from street and cars is huge. windows do not isolate sound well.

The room was large and clean. Food was very good including breakfast. Location is great just beside Go Bus station. Nice cafes are just few meters away.

Slow check in. They did not want to offer a lunch basket for me instead of the breakfast next morning because I had to leave at night. The warm air conditioner is not working and the room was a little cold.

Prices in the room service menu should be updated..as the price written in the invoice was higher than that mentioned in the menu.. explanation was given within less than an hour .. Kids area needs upgrade with options other than slides and swings plus shade as it was too sunny and hot for kids to play in

Great location if you are staying in New Cairo. Easy to reach from the ring road. Onsite parking was available and cost 30 EGP/night. The hotel itself is well maintained. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with a pool view which was a bonus. The room was of a good size, clean, comfy with a nice seating area and a nice bathroom. Three restaurants on-site, one of them serving sushi. Really delicious breakfast and good food quality in the other meals. The price/night was very convenient. I recommend this hotel if you are planning to stayin New Cairo.

Room space, hotel position in New Cairo, cleanliness.

Furniture needs some refresh (in particular the bathroom), air conditioning is quite noisy (even if I turned it off, it continued making noise), breakfast food variety (in particular fruit, yogurt, cereals) is below expectation for such hotel category.

1. The place has an outstanding architecture. Well decorated with sofas around the place. 2. The room is extremely clean. 3. The bathroom is hygenic. The hot water is coming in few seconds and you would enjoy the best hot shower even it is freezing outdoor. 4. The restaurant is offering a very high quality menu. A bit pricy but worthy. 5. The bed is really comfy and you won't spend any effort to fall asleep. 6. The receiptionist "Mariam" was so friendly and extremely fast during the checkin and checkout . She is one of the professional staff I noticed to know how to get the job done with a cheerful smile.

1. The wireless internet has a very high instability and intermittent interrupt. It ranges from 100-200 Mbps and sometimes peaked at 400 Mbps. For streaming, you would notice the instability in a nagging way. 2. Some lamps were off, so maintenance should check periodically for it. 3. There was no slippers and it is essential in this cold weather. 4. It takes the Air conditioning ages to raise the room temperature to 20-22 C. Worse still, the whole system is operating using your card. So, if you go out, you would expect to return to a cold room as it would lose all the heating it barely made.

Good infrastructure, very good restaurant and room service. The best hotel i have been so far in New Cairo for business, without any doubt.

The restaurant could have more tables. It has many "sofa-like" tables, which are nice for a drink, but not so comfortable for having diner.

I faced a big problem with the receptionist as He is not professional at all as I will inform Mr.Anan El Galali by this I went to the hotel few days before my book time by few days and he informed me that the rooms are empty and I went to choose my rooms by myself and he booked the rooms numbers by my name on the system and I was shocked when I went on the day and he told me that the rooms I picked are busy now
